We came in a bit earlier because we were coming from far and the staff was friendly enough to allow us to check in earlier
We booked a single room to stay together with our two kids, and our booking was confirmed for that arrangement. However, when we arrived at the property, they were unable to provide the single room and instead gave us two separate rooms. This meant our family had to be split up, which was very disappointing and inconvenient, especially when traveling with children. We were not happy with how this situation was handled.
The cleanliness was very disappointing. The room did not appear to be properly cleaned, and unfortunately, I found bed bugs during our stay. This was very concerning and made us uncomfortable. I hope the management takes this issue seriously and improves the cleaning and pest-control standards.
staff was very friendly.
room was outdated and not very clean. had a bad odor. toilet was running. the area outside looked like there were drug deals being made. Our dog was with us and was barking like something was not right. We left after an hour.
Location cleaner then most hotels in the area.
Checked in a little early clerk lady said no come back at 3pm I come back at 3pm there 12 people waiting to be checked in she didn't come back to the desk till 315pm the next person on duty comes in and she grabs her purse and walks away leaving this man to check in all the guests alone I I didn't get in my room until 415 pm people who were waiting in line said that happens a lot there I personally only stay there once in a while but I won't be coming back.
The property had a nice location.
They overbooked my reservation and ended up canceling my room. I didn’t know this until 9pm and ended up having to drive home because all of the hotels were booked.
