Vom Hotel her passt es ja , aber der Kundenservice ist unter jeder Kritik!
Cons:

Versuche seit meinem Aufenthalt (inzwischen seit 1 Monat!) eine Antwort vom Hotel zu bekommen. Es geht um Refundierung 1 Nacht, da ich den Aufenthalt um 1 Nacht verkürzen musste. Null Reaktionen!

Ein absolut perfekter Aufenthalt auf der Durchreise
Pros:

Die Mitarbeiter waren einfach unfassbar freundlich. Jeder Wunsch wurde einem von den Augen abgelesen, BEVOR wir diesen überhaupt formuliert hatten.
Und erst die Betten. Endlich einmal weiche Betten in einem Hotel.
Das Frühstück war hervorragend, abwechslungsreich und vom Service wieder extrem freundlich.
Sagte ich schon was zum Service?

War nur 1 Tag aufhalten trotzdem alles prima gelaufen und Unterkunft war alles in Ordnung.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, unkomplizierter Check in und Check Out. Frühstück haben wir nicht gebucht,finde den Preis zu überzogen, es hat trotzdem gut ausgesehen. Erwähnenswert ist die kostenlose Mini bar und die total bequemen Betten. Es war auch sehr leise, man hat keine Fremdgeräusche gehört. Die Sitzbank am Fenster war etwas verstaubt, ansonsten hat das Zimmer einen sauberen Eindruck gemacht.Parken im Nachbarparkhaus gratis.Das Personal war sehr freundlich!
