Tasty, good variety.
Difficult to get to in the down town core and a bit confusing when leaving.
The room was ok and the underground parking.
The location was not great despite the fact that it's close to the centre.

Breakfast was excellent; we had a hearty and delicious breakfast. The view from the window was also pleasant.
Everything was great, except for the fact that there was a lot of hair in the pool and it smelled strongly of chlorine
Breakfast was good. Staff kept up with demand and kept the area clean. All food seem to be handled safely and stuff that was suppose to be hot was hot, etc. Very good...

The hotel is conveniently located close to all major attractions, making it easy to explore the area without needing to travel far. Parking was very convenient, with easy access to a secure basement facility. The amenities were excellent and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I was especially impressed with the wide variety of options available during breakfast, which catered to different tastes. Overall, it was a pleasant and hassle-free experience that I would gladly recommend.
The hotel only has two elevators, which can be quite slow and inconvenient during peak times like breakfast and check-in or check-out. It often took a while to go up and down, which became frustrating when the hotel was busy.
The laundry facilities were also not clearly explained by the reception staff upon arrival. We weren’t informed that the washer requires $3 in $1 coins, nor that detergent must be purchased separately at the front desk. Overall, better communication and clearer instructions would have made the experience much smoother.
The room are clean and spacious! Staff are very helpful and friendly! Breakfast buffet were great and location is close to downtown.
I don't know if there any restrictions on noise level at night! The room beside us was a bunch of young adults, they were blasting the music and screaming for hours. Beside that, everything is great about the stay!

The pool was green ( did not swim which was one reason we picked your hotel ) the area was not pleasant to walk around for safety reasons. The hallways were very dark
It was incredibly clean, all of the staff we encountered were happy.
The only very minor thing would be the parking as the spots for a van are incredibly small with the drivers side just enough to open the door to squeeze in when someone parked beside us in their spot we had to move ahead to even open the sliding door. But it definitely is understandable trying to use all area of a property.
Breakfast was great! Room was clean and bed was comfortable!
My welcome was cold at the front desk. Neighborhood is really rough.
