Great place to lay your head in Ottawa!
Pros:

Greeted by friendly staff, who explained the layout of the hotel, parking, breakfast, and workout facilities.
The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Loved the underground, heated parking. Gym facilities were great!

Cons:

Slim pickings for breakfast options, but the servers refilled when requested.

Chambre propre et conforme aux attentes.
Espace déjeuner super et la bouffe était conforme aux attentes.
Point très positif: le stationnement intérieur avec accès facile à l'ascenseur.
À distance de marche du centre-ville, épicerie et autres commerces pratiques à proximité.

Cons:

Il est inacceptable que le personnel à la réception ne parle pas français alors que l'hôtel est situé à Ottawa, capitale du Canada, pays bilingue.
L'ascenseur n'était pas propre, et cela paraissait que ce n'était pas de la saleté récente.

Pros:

Très bel hôtel, très propre. Toile opaque à la fenêtre, bel éclairage dans la salle de bain

Cons:

La piscine était un peu verte cependant et il n'y avait pas beaucoup de chaises. Pas d'option de stationnement gratuit et pas indiqué qu'il était payant lorsque j'ai réservé.
