Great staff. We would certainly stay again.
Pros:

Beautifully updated property, tastefully decorated. Fantastic service. Large, clean rooms.

Cons:

High traffic area with lots of one-way streets.

Il y a un parking même si c'est payant

L'emplacement est horrible, mais cest pas la faute de l'hotel la ville est juste comme ca moche horrible y'a des gens bizarre partout, aucune envie de revenir
La piscine donne pas du tout envie
Un matin on sort pour visiter, on revient ils avaient mis la température à 13 degrés!!! En octobre!!!
Le petit dejeuner est vraiment pas bon il n'y a rien a manger

Very comfortable
Pros:

Comfortable room , gym services good and breakfast was good

Cons:

Opposite the hotel are some homeless and junkies laying around the hotel which could be scary for tourist to walk around the hotel for sight seeing for fear of crime. It will also be nice to have more options for breakfast. Finally it should be put on the website or booking .com that a refundable security/holding fee is usually collected on checking in but this was not stated in the website of booking.com

Nice hotel, good value for money
Pros:

Ordinary Holiday Inn, has everything you would expect. Rooms are large, bedding is good, bathroom and shower has all the amenities and toiletries. Breakfast was good, has variety for hot and cold, pancake making machine :)

Cons:

It's close to Parliament hill, but in a sketchy area. Has some kind of community centre for homeless pple, and doesn't feel very safe to walk in the evening.
