We had a wonderful 2 night stay at the Hotel - the staff were lovely and the beds were super comfy
Pros:

This was our second time staying here - for Ottawa Race Weekend... We like the hotel - but the location is a little off-putting - nobody bothered us - but I would have been more nervous at night. The beds are super comfortable and we enjoyed having the Microwave in the room.

Cons:

I think the Parking should be clearer on the Booking - you should be able to reserve a spot as you book. We were actually ok in the end - but given the neighbourhood I would have been unhappy not being parked at the hotel. One suggestion - for the Race weekend - marathoners have to leave before 7 am - their race starts then and it is a 20 minute walk - maybe a small breakfast station could be available at 6 am.....

The parking lot was very tight and confusing when we first arrived. The location’s proximity to a shelter led us to be cautious when walking in the evening.

Reasonably close from the centre but before you finish reading.my positive comments make sure you read my negative comments it will assist you in your decision

Where to start the price 5 stars for a 2 to 3 stars
After charging me 5 star prices they put me the room next to the pool starts at 7 and finishes at 11:30 after the staff finished cleaning the rooms.
The hotel is across from a homeless refugee and area is surrounded by drug addicts certainly would not want to take my wife or kids anywhere near that district
Breakfast is a choke no space to sit need to share your table and when you get back to get the rest of your Breakfast your seat has been taken by somebody else. There is near to no staff to assist.
