地點就在青森主要市區, 到港邊和車站非常方便.
有提供多個付費停車場服務, 雖然跟停車場過夜比較沒有便宜多少, 但還是算方便.

Cons:

房間小到受不了, 飯店大廳在大樓的樓上, 相對來說不是太方便.
房間燈光是讓人很不舒服的超亮白光, 第一次住到這種燈光那麼不舒服的飯店.
