Hôtel non recommandable, car ni fiable ni sérieux.

Cons:

Nous n'avons pas du tout apprécié le comportement du personnel.
Nous avons à plusieurs reprises signalé que nous arriverions de Ho Chi Minh Ville par la route, en fin de journée ; et que nous demandions la réservation d'un taxi pour rejoindre l'aéroport de Dalat le jour de notre départ.
La veille de notre arrivée, il nous a encore été demandé de préciser notre horaire d'arrivée à l'aéroport pour que l'hôtel puisse organiser le transfert ; ce à quoi nous avons dû, à nouveau, répondre que nous arriverions par voie routière en fin de journée.
Vers 17h le jour de l'arrivée, consultant ma messagerie, nous avons découvert que l'hôtel nous avait envoyé plusieurs messages dans l'après-midi (alors que nous ne pouvions rien recevoir), indiquant que si nous ne confirmions pas notre arrivée avant 16h, il donnerait la chambre à d'autres clients.
Appelé par téléphone par notre guide francophone, l'hôtel a tout d'abord répondu que notre chambre était bien réservée … avant de se raviser pour lui dire qu'il avait annulé notre réservation.
C'est donc notre guide qui nous a trouvé un autre hôtel … nettement mieux situé !
Ce comportement est inacceptable.

Pros:

Отель расположен удачно. У меня был балкон , правда вид был ограниченный на улицу. Огромная кровать, чистый санузел, большие шкафы для хранения вещей. Вообще было комфортно.

Cons:

Не было табличек вывесных с просьбой убраться в комнате. , приходилось на ресепшен просить. При приезде не работали сейфы, было не открыть. Персонал позже помог, правда потребовалось больше времени.
