Расположение удобное, в центре, рядом с кафе, магазинами и озером.
Мы съехали после первой ночи и нам вернули деньги без лишней волокиты.
К сожалению, номер "VIP" (ха-ха :) оказался совершенно темным, очень душным (кондиционера не было, а маленький напольный вентилятор в спальне не работал на двух первых режимах, а гонял воздух только на самом шумном, третьем). Пододеяльник был порван с двух концов, ковер, шторы, диванчик в спальне были в пятнах, на стенах также пятна разной этилогии, в ванной сидел большой и меланхоличный жук, а в спальне летали москиты и не было фумигатора. Номер располагался на первом этаже, окно в пол выходило прямо на парковку и дорогу (видимо это и называется "патио"), дверь была рядом с ресепшеном - можно себе представить уровень шума. Мы приехали с сыном 17-ти лет, о чем было указано в бронировании, рассчитывая на полноценное второе спальное место - в описании был указан диван-кровать, но по сути это были две дермантиновые кушетки, составленные вместе и разъезжающиеся. Не было комплекта белья, полотенец, была застелена одна кровать - т.е. предполагалось, что все мы должны спать на одной кровати? Сыну, в итоге, после долгих выяснений, принесли раскладушку не первой свежести, какое-то толстое одеяло без пододеяльника, простыню мы тоже выпрашивали, на третье полотенце уже махнули рукой )
Не было никакого ночника или светильника у кровати, розетки были раздолбанными, вместо картины в изголовье красовались два пластмассовых крючка. Заселились мы в девять вечера, после дня в дороге, уставшие, и было как-то грустно попасть в такой убогий номер, в который нас к тому же как будто совсем не ждали.
Мы забронировали номер на пять ночей, но после первой съехали. Любопытно, что за первую и последнюю ночь цена номера оказалась одной (1 800 000 донгов), а в середине (2-4 ночи) - другой, по 756 000, при бронировании это не было указано, узнали только при заезде. Сумма итоговая не отличалась, но съехав мы получили обратно меньше, чем рассчитывали.
Мне кажется, что сдавать такой номер просто стыдно, должно быть уважение к гостям...

Phòng rất sạch sẽ, đẹp, có ban công nên rất thoáng nè. Gần chợ, gần trung tâm nên thuận tiện đi lại
Great value, great location, great staff, free luggage storage.
Shower did not drain but water was good, toilet took two flushes. Sink faucet was loose, no air conditioning but fan was more than enough in the evening and night in mid April.
