Đây là lần thứ 4 mình ở TTR Moonstone Apart Hotel và vẫn hài lòng với trải nghiệm lần này. Khách sạn ổn, phòng ốc sạch sẽ, vị trí thuận tiện, gần trung tâm, thuê xe dễ với rẻ Nhưng điều mình thích nhất là các bạn lễ tân rất nhiệt tình, đặc biệt là bạn Phú và bạn Duy.

Hai bạn dễ thương, thân thiện và hỗ trợ khách rất có tâm. Bất kể sáng sớm hay tối muộn, khi mình cần giúp đỡ thì các bạn vẫn vui vẻ hỗ trợ, không có cảm giác khó chịu hay qua loa. Có những việc mình hỏi khá nhiều nhưng các bạn vẫn kiên nhẫn giải thích và giúp đỡ rất nhiệt tình.

Đi du lịch đôi khi chỉ cần gặp được những người nhiệt tình như vậy là đã thấy chuyến đi vui hơn nhiều rồi. Cảm ơn Phú và Duy đã hỗ trợ mình trong thời gian ở đây nhé! Nếu có dịp quay lại Đà Lạt, mình sẽ cân nhắc ở TTR Moonstone thêm nhiều lần nữa . ❤️
