Pros:

كانت إقامتي في الفندق جميلة ومريحة جداً وأكثر ما أعجبني هو موقعه الممتاز والقريب من كل شيء بالإضافة إلى تعامل الموظفين الراقي وتعاونهم وحرصهم على راحة النزلاء. وأخص بالشكر الأستاذ إبراهيم على حسن تعامله واهتمامه شكراً له ولجميع فريق العمل على التجربة الجميلة وبإذن الله تتكرر الزيارة 🤍

I chose this hotel mainly because of the reviews, but my actual experience was somehow different.
Pros:

The location was convenient, and the room size/layout was useful for a family stay. Breakfast had some variety, although the quality was inconsistent.

Cons:

We had several problems: a cockroach, dirty couch, extremely slow Wi-Fi, hot water outages, elevator issues, uncomfortable lumpy bedding, and the room did not match the listing because two sofa beds were advertised but only one was available. Staff also seemed annoyed when we raised concerns, and we were basically told that if we were unhappy, we could leave.

A great stay with excellent service, friendly staff, delicious breakfast, and a convenient location.
Pros:

The location was great, with plenty of shops nearby. The bus station is about a 6-minute walk away, and the metro station is around 10 minutes away. Room service was excellent, whenever we requested something, it was delivered within minutes. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was always perfectly clean and well made up. I also had a special request, which the staff handled perfectly and right on time. The breakfast was amazing, especially the made-to-order omelets, which you can customize however you like. The cook was also very friendly. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay.

Cons:

The area is quite religious, and you’ll likely hear the call to prayer from a nearby mosque around 5:30 a.m. The street is very narrow, with cars parked on both sides, making it difficult for taxis to stop for luggage drop-off or pick-up. Car horns can also be quite disturbing, especially if your room faces the street. There was also a strong unpleasant smell in the bathroom during the first two days of our stay, but it seemed to be fixed afterward.

الموقع جدا ممتاز وقريب من كل الخدمات والمنطقه امان 🥰👍🏻الفندق جميل وهاديء والموظفين جدا جدا محترمين وخدومين وخصوصا الاستاذ عبدالله وبقيه الاخوان فالفندق🥰👍🏻

لابد من وجود خدمه الغرف ومطعم 24 ساعه وضروري تكبير البوفيه واضافه سخانات متنوعه خصوصا للاطفال ومراعاة ان اغلب النزلاء عرب وخليجيين ومهم عندهم نوع الاكل وجودته وتنوعه🥰

Das schlechteste Hotel, das ich je erlebt habe.
Pros:

Die Qualität des Frühstücks war äußerst schlecht. Fast alle Teller waren an den Rändern beschädigt oder abgesplittert, der Toaster war sehr schmutzig, und auch die Qualität der angebotenen Lebensmittel war äußerst niedrig. Das Brot beim Frühstück war wirklich alt und abgestanden. Man hatte deutlich den Eindruck, dass es noch vom Vortag war. Während meines Aufenthalts wurde offenbar kein frisches Brot vom selben Tag angeboten. Die Qualität war so schlecht, dass das Brot teilweise kaum essbar war.

Cons:

Die Dusche in meinem Zimmer war defekt. Obwohl ich das Problem zweimal gemeldet und darum gebeten habe, jemanden zur Reparatur zu schicken, wurde nichts unternommen. Selbst die Gläser, die im Zimmer für Getränke bereitgestellt wurden, waren beschädigt und hatten Risse.

Dies war bereits mein vierter Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Aufgrund meiner früheren positiven Erfahrungen hatte ich das Hotel sogar mehreren Freunden und Bekannten empfohlen, die ebenfalls dort übernachtet hatten und zufrieden waren.

Umso enttäuschender war mein Aufenthalt dieses Mal. Der Zustand des Hotels, die mangelnde Sauberkeit, die vielen Probleme und der deutliche Qualitätsverlust haben mich wirklich enttäuscht. Nach dieser Erfahrung werde ich selbst nicht mehr in diesem Hotel übernachten und kann es leider auch niemandem mehr empfehlen.

Pros:

Relaxing hotel, very good breakfast, staff are helpful.

Cons:

You can smell smoke from next rooms which I didn't like, I am not sure if smoking allowed or not in the hotel. It is very annoying for me.
