Categories

Cleanliness
8.2
Generally praised as very clean by many guests; a few reports of room odors and occasional missed cleaning.
Service
8.6
Staff repeatedly described as friendly, helpful and professional (front desk/concierge praised), though one report noted an unhelpful manager in a specific incident.
Location
8.8
Multiple reviews highlight an excellent location near Kemah Boardwalk, shops, restaurants and NASA — convenient for sightseeing and dining.
Room Quality
7.2
Mixed room experiences: comfortable beds and good room size reported, but several maintenance issues (broken TV/phone, tub plug missing, door hinge problems, elevator/stair outages, room smells) lowered this score.
Amenities
7.6
Breakfast and pool mentioned positively; however, some amenity problems reported (broken ice machine, elevators/stairs outages, WiFi failure for one guest) made this uneven.
Value for Money
7.8
Many guests felt the stay was worthwhile and would return, but a few complaints about overcharging and perceived high prices affected value perception.
Food and Beverage
8.6
Breakfast consistently praised as generous and varied (accommodating dietary needs); overall Food & Beverage is a clear strength.
Overall Experience
8
Overall strongly positive with many recommendations and repeat intentions, tempered by occasional maintenance/service lapses reported by a minority of guests.

My wife and I will be back the next time we are in Kemah. Plus I've already told family and friends
Pros:

The staff was helpful when it came to activities in the area, the breakfast was amazing. It was one of the first hotels that had breakfast that accommodated all. I don't eat pork, but they had turkey sausage, cheese omelets, veggie omelets. Plus it's in the perfect location for kemah boardwalk, and local restaurants and sports bars.

Cons:

The ice machine on the 3rd floor was broken, and our tub in room 315 didn't have a bath tub plug. But otherwise it was very nice.

We absolutely RECOMMEND this hotel to anyone who needs a stay in this area.
Pros:

Breakfast really exceeded our expectations! A majority of hotels of similar ratings serve only a token breakfast; which is usually ciffee/tea with donuts and cereal, that's it. At this hotel, there was by far, a wider range of choices. Tyler, at the customer service desk, greeted, was very professional, erudite (knowledgeable) and booked us in real fast. As soon as we walked in, the waft of fresh scent drifted all over us. The parking lot was well lit and very clean; so was the inside.I will definitely STAY HERE AGAIN whenever the chance arose.

Cons:

It's hard to make a score of 100 per cent, right? The only drawback was some people talking along the hallway at about six in the morning. This was intermittent and didn't last ten minutes. It never bothered me though as I was up already.

Pros:
