Clean, very modern, and comfortable. Staff were wonderful and gave excellent recommendations. Little extras were nice - complementary drinks, beautifully furnished roof lounge with view of the Skytree.

Cons:

Location isn't the best if you want to visit areas like Shibuya and Shinjuku (40-50 mins away by train).

Clean, comfortable hotel near Sky Tree
Pros:

The hotel is near Sky Tree and the subway system. We rented the family room which was perfect for 4 adults. The staff was friendly and helpful as well.

Great hotel in a good location with fab staff
Pros:

We were really pleased to have found SOLA hotel. It provides a welcoming environment with thoughtful extra touches. The area is great and there's a good view from the roof terrace. The staff were also really helpful in arranging our luggage transfer to Kyoto.

Great place to stay after we had spent 2 weeks on a cruise ship. Staff, location, amenities were 10/10.
Pros:

Everything. The location in a lovely neighbourhood, but nearby to restaurants, metro, Skytower: The rooms and facilities were fantastic. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. They even let us use the terrace on the day we had checked out as we had a late flight. They also provided drinks and snacks. Would definitely come back and can’t recommend it highly enough:

Établissement à taille humaine, très bien localisé, avec un accueil au top
Pros:

La réception très attentionnée (toujours adapté à nos besoin), l’emplacement au top pour rayonner dans tout Tokyo, les équipements en super état et très pratique (mention spéciale pour la cabine de douche séchoir qui permet de faire des machines à laver et d’avoir tout sec le lendemain). Merci pour votre accueil.

Unglaublich tolles Hotel
Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt. Gut angebunden an Bus und Metrostationen. Der Tokio Skytree ist keine 10 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich Läden für einen Einkauf und auch einige Restaurants.
Die Wohnung war für mich und meine zwei Teenies perfekt. Die beiden Schlafzimmer genug gross das eine sogar mit Balkon. Auch die Küche war wunderbar. Was uns auch sehr gefallen hat, ist die kostenlos nutzbare Waschmaschine auf der Dachterasse. Die nasse Wäsche kann dann in kürzester Zeit mit einem in der Dusche installierten Trockner getrocknet werden.
Die Damen an der Rezeption waren jederzeit unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es wurden Snacks und Getränke gratis zur Verfügung gestellt. Unsere gesendeten Koffer waren bereits im Zimmer verstaut.
Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder in diesem Hotel buchen. Es war eine grosse Freude dort zu wohnen.

Conforto e espaço em Sumida
Pros:

Quarto espaçoso e limpo, boa banheira, vista linda da Skytree pela janela (além do terraço que fica disponível para usarmos), cama confortável! Funcionárias muitíssimo atenciosas e gentis. Ótimo custo benefício! Há mercado e lojas de conveniência por perto, a alguns minutos da acomodação.
Se trata do bairro em que Hirayama do filme Perfect Days morava… visitamos sua casa, que fica 5 minutos a pé do Sola Hotel. O bairro de Sumida é vivo, bastante residencial e um lado diferente da Tokyo turística. Ficamos muito contentes em ver inclusive um sento (casa de banho pública, cada vez mais rara de se encontrar) no entorno sendo frequentado ativamente pelos moradores. Recomendo para quem não estiver com o roteiro centrado nos lados de Shibuya e Shinjuku.

Cons:

Localização não é a melhor se quiser circular pelos principais bairros turísticos de Tokyo, embora a estação de metrô fique 4 minutos a pé. Apesar disso, há um shopping super completo (lojas Ghibli, jump, Pokémon, com comidas e lojas de roupas diversas) com acesso à Skytree e que também está a alguns minutos a pé da acomodação.

accueil excellent, petit verre d’accueil avec des snacks; vous arrivions un peu plus tôt que prévu de l’aéroport, ça n’a pas puisé de souvenirs, tout était prêt pour nous recevoir

Exceptionnel !
Pros:

Bien évidemment nous avons adoré le rooftop et la vue sur la Tokyo Skytree, surtout de nuit.
Les chambres sont vraiment top, très propres et très fonctionnelles.
Enfin, que dire de l'accueil, nous avons rarement été aussi bien accueillis.

Cons:

Si vraiment nous devions trouver un point à améliorer, peut-être le rangement de la vaisselle. celui-ci se trouve sous l'évier, et lorsqu'on est grand, c'est un peu dérangeant, mais à part cela, tout était parfait !

Best hotel I have ever stayed at so far
Pros:

There isn’t a single bad thing about this hotel. Staff is amazing and friendly, hotel is beautiful and very well situated and it is very very clean. You even get free snacks and drinks at reception every single day and even in your room. We loved staying here and we’d definitely like to stay again.
