Highly recommend this wonderful hotel with the best staff
Pros:

The staff is absolutely wonderful! Super friendly, helpful and warm and inviting. The hotel was super clean and comfortable. Beds were amazing! We loved the free coffee, water and snacks. The rooftop was so nice and we really enjoyed the view the Sky Tree. We also loved the free laundry on the roof and it's so cool to dry your clothes in the shower area which pumps out dry heat for your clothes. Highly recommend this hotel if you want to be in a great location, but around the most wonderful staff members.

Cons:

There weren't any dressers but we made it work!

Pros:

We were looked after so well, we re booked the apartment to come back to before flying home. Fantastic staff, really good location, and it had everything we needed.

A great hotel. In a quiet neighbourhood close to a station.
Pros:

The staff were very helpful and very friendly. We arrived mid morning and they managed to get our room ready so we could check in immediately, which was much appreciated after a long flight from Australia.
The room was well equipped and comfortable. The free coffee and snacks in reception were great too!

Sehr gute Lage am Skytree, aber ruhig und Authentisch. Die Zimmer sind mit liebevollen kleinen Details ausgestattet. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Everything, local neighborhood yet close to sky tree and 5 min walk from exit B1 of Oshiage station.

Definitely recommended
Pros:
