Staff are frequently praised as friendly, polite and helpful (assisting with taxis, explaining facilities); isolated service lapses reported (restaurant seating reservation handling, valet parking time communication).
Location
9.1
Multiple comments highlight excellent, convenient location near metro/station, shopping and attractions (Hakata, canal city); very easy access to airport/transport links.

8.6
Rooms described as clean and comfortable; 4-person rooms noted as spacious with massage chairs, though some guests found standard rooms a bit small.

Good extras mentioned (massage chair in larger rooms, UCC coffee, reception cosmetics), but some gaps noted (no water machine, limited hotel laundry machines, membership app usability issues for overseas guests).

Multiple guests cite strong value and reasonable price for the quality and location; many would choose the chain again for cost-effectiveness.

Breakfast is generally praised as tasty and good, though a few guests wanted more variety or classic items (e.g., omelettes) and one noted limited options.
Overall Experience

Pros:

Cons:
