A decent mid range hotel
Pros:

The rooms are fairly good, especially compared to other hotels I've stayed at in Dien Bien Phu. Good parking,good location.

Cons:

Acceptable stay in a provincial town.
Pros:

The room was comfortable and the barking neighbourhood dogs were a minor annoyance. The area is very safe and within walking distance to the war comemorative sites.

Cons:

This should be rated as a guesthouse as the staff do not speak any English. Secondly, there is no breakfast and nowhere in the vicinity to take breakfast.

The bed is rockhard, but when I asked for another quilt or a big blanket to lay under me, they responded very quickly.

nothing for a comfortable sleep
Pros:

relatively central and accessible

Cons:

bed was like sleeping on the floor (mattress didnt melt an inch), room was humid even with A/C on A/C was noisy. The room door had some kind of milk glass - the neon light from the outside floor shines through the entire night
