Pros:

Rien qui ne sorte de l'ordinaire

Cons:

Qu'il n'y ait personne à la réception. J'ai attendu près de deux heures que quelqu'un arrive. Les plages horaires pour les check in et out sont indiquées sur une affiche. En dehors de ces horaires une pénalité de 30%est appliquée..

Wir haben ein Zimmer mit Balkon gebucht aber im Hotel gibt es keine Zimmer mit Balkon wir haben für etwas bezahlt das es gar nicht gibt

They booked our bus tickets!!
Pros:

The communication before the stay was excellent!!!
They booked our bus tickets to Laos for us which is the main reason we stayed there.
They could also arrange money exchange but it was Tet so that didn’t work for us.
The fact that she booked our bus tickets was brilliant!!!
We got what we asked for if we ran out- ie toilet paper and towels and a working kettle.

Cons:

It was Tet so no staff so will not comment on this as that would not be fair.

A decent mid range hotel
Pros:

The rooms are fairly good, especially compared to other hotels I've stayed at in Dien Bien Phu. Good parking,good location.

Cons:

I've no complaints about this hotel. I would stay here again.

Acceptable stay in a provincial town.
Pros:

The room was comfortable and the barking neighbourhood dogs were a minor annoyance. The area is very safe and within walking distance to the war comemorative sites.

Cons:

This should be rated as a guesthouse as the staff do not speak any English. Secondly, there is no breakfast and nowhere in the vicinity to take breakfast.
