Lokasi mudah dijangkau

Cons:

Kamarnya terlalu kecil, sehingga susah bergerak. Kipas angin jg tidak bisa berputar.

Tempatnya agak diatas, hawa dingin enak. sampingnya Indomaret gampang klo mau blanja. Bersih, bisa pakai dapur seperlunya. Parkir luas. Dapet harga murah.
