Smelled like smoke, carpet was stained, it wasn't clean. Paid $145 and I felt like I was at a super 8 or motel 6. You have to ask for shampoo/soap. I asked for extra pillows, they didn't have any.
I have had a great experience staying at this hotel. It is very near to lots of shopping and close to the highways, making traveling to other areas quick and convenient. The facilities are clean and well-maintained. What really stands out to me is the staff. They are kind, helpful, and quick to resolve any problems. Sherryl, Rebecca and Edna do a great job managing everything and it shows up in the customer experience. Pets are welcome too! A good choice for anyone looking for a reasonably priced hotel in the northwest suburbs.

I just stayed for 1 night, its a rundown place. No toiletries, the room looked like public bathroom. No coffee or anyother breakfast.

I arrived around 7 pm on a Sunday for a business convention in the area. When I was walking in, multiple shady-looking fellows were eyeing me as I entered from outside the lobby. Once I got to the lobby, they checked me in, and I received two key cards. My room was fine. However, there is a small soap bar; bring your own soap and shampoo. Also, they lied about breakfast on this app. There is no breakfast. There is a vending machine area with high prices, and often, these old key cards do not work to get in. If you were to get a vending snack, your keycard could be demagnetized, and you would be locked out. A few times, I had to return to the hotel after hours, and I was locked out of my room three times, and the service to get me back in the building, let alone my room, was poor. I waited in the lobby for 3 hours once after trying 4 different key cards- none worked. In addition, my TV remote would not change channels from the satellite and it did not have a working HDMI port. There is no housekeeping service really offered as well. PROS: AC works great. Fridge was spacious. Microwave worked.

It’s a run down property! The freezer had mold in it! I paid way too much to stay here. Very noisy location. I could hear every car drive by.
I’ve been here for a while, waiting to move to an apartment and I can honestly say it’s very clean and very friendly, attentive staff pet friendly…….;)
