Quite the stay

The location was nice, close to shopping, access to the highway.

Cons:

Upon arriving, I always bring a cleaning kit with me. Force of habit due to me being a former hotel housekeeper. When I didn’t know was, I would have to deep clean the room that I was staying. Had to use Audubon in the bathroom. The vent was kicked with dust and I used my car Bissell vacuum to get most of it. I used Odorbon to strip the room of the smell and cleaned out the refrigerator. Plus, cleaned out the bathroom tub due to all of the leftover hair and dirt left in there. Vacuum the floor due to the leftover crumbs and hair beads so my dog didn’t try to eat one of them. My first impression of staff I was greeted very warmly by the Night Shift front desk person I forgot the young lady’s name, but she was very, very nice very warm after being on the road for hours driving from Ohio. It was a breath of fresh air.. staff throughout the stay very nice. Another young lady the night of my family event helped me cut the tax off the new items I had bought because I left all of my evening where in Ohio. But within the same night, I was met with distain by a male front desk attendant, who happened to be very rude. Admittedly, I was inebriated my dog ran out of the room due to being in the room without me he is trained that he had been for a while. He ran out. This is an unknown space. His first reaction ran out upfront and peed on the door. I was mortified already ran after him in my evening attire makeup everything on heels on. Before I can say sorry and apologize I was met with a loud, male voice, “OH MY GOD, SOMEONE’S DOG IS OUT HERE. YOU NEED TO GET YOUR DOG ON A LEASH AT ALL TIMES HE NEEDS TO BE ON A LEASH AT ALL TIMES WHAT IS HE DOING!” I PROFUSELY, TRIED TO APOLOGIZE, BUT WAS INTERRUPTING, “ YOU NEED TO KEEP HIM ON A LEASH NOW I HAVE TO CLEAN THIS UP!” I apologized again offering to clean it myself. “ I HAVE TO GET CHEMICALS. IT’S MY JOB.” I told him that I understood and even had enzyme, pH stripping products in my room.

Stuff is here only for checkin, nobody will help you to open the door or bring suitcase.

When we arrived to check the place, the fridge was leaking water. There was bits of hair in the fridge and bathroom. The windows had hand marks and streaks.
