hab ich nicht bestellt

Cons:

In der Beschreibung hat gestanden Parkplätze kostenlos zur verfügung. Das waren öffentliche Plätze und alle belegt. Also habe ich Tiefgarage gebucht. Bekam kurz den Schlüssel in die Hand gedrückt fertig. Bin dann auf der Suche nach einem Ausgang in der Tiefgarage rumgeirrt. Vorm Eingang dasselbe wusste nicht wie ich reinkommen sollte habe dann geklingelt und gesagt bekommen das ich die karte auflegen muss. Dann das Auschecken die Überraschung. 40€ Zimmer, 15€ Tiefgarage, 25€ mein Hund. Den Hund hätte ich billiger bekommen könne, wenn ich angerufen hätte haben sie gesagt- nur ich hatte angerufen also haben sie das höflich beim Anruf überhört. Dann noch 4€ weis gar nicht wofür.Also insgesamt 84€. Zimmert für 40€ gebucht bezahlt 84€. Das sind versteckte Kosten.

Wir würden hier nicht nochmals buchen.
Pros:

Die Lage hat uns sehr gut gefallen, fussläufig vieles zu erreichen, Anbindung an ÖPNV sehr gut.
Sauberkeit war auch sehr gut.

Cons:

Hauptaugenmerk lag auf dem Biergarten. Wir mussten bei Ankunft gegen 15:00 Uhr am Hoteleingang erfahren, dass man im Biergarten das Personal ansprechen sollte, um einzuchecken.
Der Zugang zum Hotel erfolgte dann über einen Nebeneingang und steiler Treppe.
Ein online check in wurde angeboten, aber der link dafür funktionierte nicht.
Das Frühstück für 15€ ist nicht zu empfehlen. Preis/Leistung passt hier überhaupt gar nicht.

Arrival & check in was awkward… pity the place closes at 6 … but their nearby biergarten made up for most of the hassle 🍺🍺

Pros:

Heel leuk hotel met een goed restaurant in historisch gebouw. Frisse ruime kamer met een goed bed. Parkeren in de parkeergarage (beperkt plek). Heerlijk gegeten in restaurant. Goed ontbijt met eitje op bestelling, goede koffie. Hotel goed aan te rijden vanaf de snelweg. Mooie wandeling naar centrum, maar tram stopt ook praktisch voor de deur.

The staff was very attentuve and polite.
It was close to my business destinstion (next door)..
Considering the parking options I may book it again, despite the negative aspects.

Cons:

The bathroom could be cleaner. The heater needed a touch-up. The door should stay open when opening all the way, instead it always flapped back. The bed/matrass was way too soft. Could hardly sleep. It'lll be convenient to have at least a small frdge, since there are hardly any restaurants in the clise area.

I was so sorry to arrive so late and miss dinner at this fabulous, quirky hotel - the place smelled delicious, and was warm and inviting. The room had amazing beams in the most unlikely places, I'm glad I'm short, but it definitely felt unique - in a good way! Now to the best part. I was only there for one night, and went back to change into more comfortable clothes for my onward journey after a full day's work across the road. I was handed a box of hot food 'on the house' containing an assortment of deliciousness that I was very grateful for - schnitzels, spätzle, some lovely meat dish... which I got to eat with a local beer at the train station. I arrived to Frankfurt airport only to realise that I had left my passport at reception the previous night - it was probably still in the photocopier - this was due to several distractions on my part, as well as other guests anxious to check in late at night. I got a train back to Karlsruhe from Frankfurt with only minutes to spare for my late train back to the airport again... one of the staff raced across town to find me on the platform with the passport - I'll never forget her kindness, or that of the staff at this lovely hotel with AMAZING food. Thank you to you all, you have a wonderful team and I wish you every success. Vielen dank!

Pros:

Wir haben hier anlässlich einer Feier im Schalander übernachtet. Zu diesem Zweck ist die Lage des Hotel natürlich perfekt. Das Zimmerausttattung ist für eine Übernachtung völlig ausreichend und auch beim Frühstück hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und es gab sogar eine Nepressomaschine für den ersten Kaffee am Morgen und zwei kleine Flaschen Wasser.
