Geringes Frühstücksangebot, langes Anstehen für Kaffee, durchgelegene Matratzen, hoffnungslos veraltetes Mobiliar aus den 60ern, augenscheinlich demotiviertes, unfreundliches Personal, winzige Duschkabine, um zum WC zu gelangen, musste man zunächst über das Bidet klettern. Und viele andere Dinge, die wir schnell vergessen möchten.

Stanze età della preistoria, pavimento con irregolarità, letto singolo a 20cm da terra, bagno minuscolo con doccia 70x70 e bidet impossibile da usare per la posizione scomodissima attaccato alla doccia e attaccato al muro. X una notte ok, oltre no.

Nous sommes arrivés vers 22h30 après un long trajet, avec deux enfants de 5 ans épuisés qui n’attendaient qu’une chose : aller dormir. Et là, première aberration : la personne à l’accueil refuse de nous donner la chambre, sans raison valable.

Pire encore, cette personne était totalement ivre : odeur d’alcool et de cigarette dans tout le hall, attitude totalement déplacée, aucun professionnalisme, aucune politesse, aucun sens de l’accueil. C’était tout simplement choquant.

Après 20 minutes d’attente, et seulement après lui avoir demandé à plusieurs reprises de vérifier le planning, il finit enfin par retrouver la réservation… incroyable ! Vu son état d’ébriété, chaque échange était pénible et compliqué.

Ensuite, il nous demande nos papiers – jusque-là normal – mais les garde presque une heure entière pour faire l’enregistrement. Nous avons dû redescendre plusieurs fois pour les récupérer, sans succès, car rien n’avançait. Résultat : nous ne récupérons enfin nos papiers qu’à 23h30.

Faire attendre une famille avec de jeunes enfants dans ces conditions, face à une personne ivre, incompétente et désagréable, est totalement inadmissible.
C’est un manque de respect total envers les clients et une situation qui ne devrait jamais se produire dans un établissement qui se dit professionnel.
