The gym could improve a little. Somethings are broken and it’s a little dangerous as it’s sharp and pointy.

As a Singapore Airlines crew member, I was in a bit of a bind when I realized my button was broken and I didn't have a spare shirt. I was relieved when the manager offered to lend me a sewing kit, but my relief was short-lived since I didn't know how to sew a button onto a shirt. That's when Tiffany, a shining star of customer service, came to my rescue. Not only did she help me figure out how to sew the button, but she also showed me compassion and kindness. I'm so grateful for her exceptional service, and I'm thrilled to have had the opportunity to experience it. Thank you, Tiffany, for being an amazing ambassador for your hotel!

Die Lage des Hotels ist genial. Direkt gegenüber vom WTC gelegen. Von meinem Zimmer in meinem 49. Stock hatte ich einen gigantischen Ausblick über das 9/11 Memorial, das One World Tradecenter, den Hudson River nach New Jersey. In der Dunkelheit ein reines Lichtermeer - wunderschön zum Ansehen. Trotz der Lage im Financial District bin ich dank mehrerer Subwaystationen in unmittelbarer Nähe relativ schnell in Midtown, Brooklyn und anderen Stadtteilen.

Ich war vor zwei Jahren zuletzt in diesem Hotel - damals noch unter einem anderen Betreiber und war von dem Hotel eigentlich - abgesehen von der wirklich genialen Lage - enttäuscht. Sauberkeit, Ausstattung der Zimmer, Verfügbarkeit der Aufzüge - das habe ich dieses Mal nicht mehr erlebt. Mein Zimmer war relativ neu, stets sauber, die Aufzüge funktionierten alle und ich musste trotz des hohen Stockwerks nie lange warten, um nach unten zu kommen ... einfach perfekt für mich. Ich werde mit Sicherheit wieder kommen.

I did not stay at my confirmed room because after trying to check in I was told the hotel was not opened to the general public and I was sent to another hotel. Why are they accepting reservations if they don't accept the general public?

Nicely renovated hotel. Loved the views, location was perfect. Beds very comfy.
