The only real redeeming quality of this hotel is the location. We were consistently let down by staff the entire stay! For starters the A/C was not working properly and instead of staff addressing the issue they told us to
"open the window".
Our neighboring room was loud and obnoxious. We requested dinner utensils to the room and staff gave us the run around all night.. sending us to the front desk multiple times only to be met with rude and misleading responses and ultimately never receiving utensils.
TIFFANY the "manager" was extremely rude and unprofessional going as far to raise her voice and argue over the telephone with us!
It was all shocking to say the least, we will never return or recommend this place to anyone. Overall beyond disappointing.

Great hotel in a brilliant location - away from the hoards of tourists but really convenient to hop on the subway and get anywhere on Manhattan or Brooklyn. Staff were excellent, especially the breakfast staff who gave us such a positive start to our day.
A 2-person twin bed option would be more affordable - we had to go for 2 queen beds which is sold as a 4-person, so quite pricey for two.
Die Lage des Hotels ist top. Viele Food Spots und verschiedene U-Bahnlinien sind direkt um die Ecke. Außerdem sind es nur ein paar Gehminuten bis zur Brooklyn Bridge oder zur Wall Street. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und geht auch auf individuelle Wünsche/Fragen ein. Das Zimmer war geräumig und auch der Ausblick war toll. Am Abreisetag konnten wir unsere Koffer im Hotel zwischenlagern und uns wurde für die passende Zeit ein Taxi gebucht.

Oreillers ultra confortables et nous en avons eu d'extra sur demande sans problème! Une salle de bain luxueuse, propre et rénovée avec serviettes changées tous les jours. Facile d'accès pour tous les déplacements.
Les vistes de l’habitació eren increíbles. Tot l’hotel en general era preciós i el personal súper amable. La ubicació era perfecte.
L’únic que podria millorar es el secador de cabell que no era gaire potent. Pero es un petit detall per molta gent insignificant
Hyvä hotelli loistavalla sijainnilla. Lähellä paljon kahviloita, ravintoloita, ostosmahdollisuuksia ja useita metroasemia. Mm. One World Trade Center ja 9/11 Memorial ihan vieressä. Tosi tilava, viihtyisä huone, jossa pieni jääkaappi ja kahvikone. Ihanat isot ikkunat, suoraan edessä tosin toinen talo, mutta luvattu kaupunkinäkymä toteutui ikkunoiden edestä vasemmalle katsoen. Leveä, pehmeä sänky ja paljon kaappitilaa. Iso, siisti kylpyhuone.
Suihkun paine oli aika huono. Kaupunkinäkymä oli osittainen, suoraan edessä toinen rakennus, jolloin kaupunkinäkymä oli ainoastaan suoraan ikkunoiden edessä seisoen vasemmalla. Muilta osin hotelli vastasi odotuksia. Näkymä oli pettymys muuten niin kivassa hotellihuoneessa.
Mr. Zoilo welcomed us incredibly well at the hotel reception; he is an extremely kind person—he even gave my son a souvenir as a gift. I am loving my stay and will definitely return.
