We will definitely stay at the Bluebird Cadyhill Lodge when we return to Stowe.
Pros:

The pool was clean and welcome as was the game room for entertaining children.

Cons:

The room was exceptionally nice. It was beautifully decorated, spacious and clean.

Wonderful People at this resort
Pros:

nice place. close to lots of restaurants and actitives - They have a nice fire pit with chairs for a glass of wine at night. The rooms could use a bit more lights. Bend was comfortable and the shower was good Reagen was great!

Cons:

Just another light in the room. and some additional equipment in the gym would have been nice. The walkway to the main building needs repair as it is not level so at night it could be a bit dangerous.

Disappointing!
Pros:

Love the location and the aesthetic of Cady Hill Lodge. The staff is also lovely!

Cons:

This our 2nd time here. Our first stay 2 years ago was 10/10. This time, we couldn’t regulate the temperature in the room, no hot water in the shower or cold water in the sink. There was visible dust around the bathroom light fixtures, and the beds were not comfortable.

Modern getaway
Pros:

Really cool modern wooden-style lodge. amazing common area. nice pool and a hot tub. rooms have private balconies and access to the 'backyard'. Really nice staff. Walking distance from restaurants and downtown Stowe. Lovely!

Staff were helpful and friendly. Facilities/extras were great: fridge, microwave, fast teapot water heater, large room, excellent location.

Cons:

Lighting was dim. Wall-hangings were few.

Pros:

Helpful service and extras--like the whirlpool & spa for skiers (take your bathing suit!). This is a series of buildings--lodges--around the welcoming great room with some meal service. Rooms are large, Wi-Fi/TV/video very good, lighting dim, wall hangings sparse. Well-facilitated: microwave, fridge, fast hot water tea pot, tea, coffee, cream. In all, we felt well-cared for in a well-priced, non-luxurious but accommodating room.

Very nice hotel with nice restaurants, apres ski bars, and bus stop within a one minute walk.
Pros:

We stayed at this hotel 12 years ago when it was the Golden Eagle. Cady Hill made fantastic upgrades to modernize the lodge. Our room was very spacious and comfortable.

Cons:

Water took gallons to warm up. Once it heated up, very nice. I miss the breakfast from the previous owners.
