When I checked in on a Friday, I requested a room on the third floor and Saturday they started construction on the same floor I was on beating and hammering, if they knew that they was gonna be having some work done, they should’ve made me aware of that when I checked it, very disappointed and unprofessional

Cons:

I did not like that we were required to pay $10 just to park on private property, which I don’t understand. The person who checked us in was not friendly or welcoming at all and seemed irritated. I also requested a higher floor when I booked and paid for the room online, but we were still placed on a bottom floor. Overall, the check-in experience was disappointing. Got to move to the 3rd floor after the 2nd night.

La ubicacion y las camas eran comodas.

Cons:

El aire acondicionado hacia mucho ruido y siempre lo ponian a tope de potencia de manera preestablecida.
Encontramos cucarachas en el lavabo.
El deesayuno, que teniamos incluido en la reserva no lo tuvimos dos dias por culpa de una impresora que no funcionaba segun nos indico el presonal. Tampoco nos descontaron el importe de lo no disfrutado.
