Pros:

Property was adequate for the need. It was convenient to the Winston-Salem area. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was dated. The refrig & microwave worked well.

Cons:

No cooking utensils were included or available. No coffee pot or cups are adequate for warming a cup of water in the microwave. The bathroom was dated, and the towels provided were minimal in both comfort and size. The television had only a few stations and no streaming options. The trash cans on the ground were not emptied and were overflowing. They were not emptied during our 3-day stay. There is a bus adjacent to the property that appears to have people living in it, and garbage and junk thrown in the tree line. The property appears to be home to long-term residents, and there are no security measures or enforced quiet hours.

Absolutely nothing. Waited three hours to get checked in to a prepaid room in 40 degree weather. The window didn’t shut and the floor was nasty.

I will not stay here again and do NOT recommend.

The only positive I have to say is that the location was convenient for my work.

Cons:

The stove advertised was not even hooked up to the wall when we arrived, the room itself had mold in the bathroom and the floors/tables had random stains. After spending 3 hours in my vehicle while the property got an electrician to hook up the stove, I had to go in and deep clean the room. Around midnight on the first night I realized the heat was not working in the room, when I approached the staff in regards to the heat the next morning I was told, excluding the profanities that were expressed by staff “you complain to much, and if you don’t like it you can leave.” I then packed up my stuff and checked out of the room and received no form of refund for only staying 1 of the 3 nights.

Should have listened to my gut when first walked into the lobby.Ended up finding Bed bugs

Very minimal tv selections also pulled covers back and on sheets was black spots and took pictures and found bed bugs. Got out super quickly manager at desk showed him pictures and he said those weren't thwre sheets. Basically telling me I was lying. Would never stay at this place again.

The price and location are great! And they have security and there's no fuckery going on outside

Cons:

There's one employee who doesn't smile or even say you're welcome or have a good day. How I'm treated by staff is highly important to me but I've overlooked it with this place.

There was no breakfast. Minimal amenities. Did not have enough towels for the 4 people of us in each room.

Cons:

Everything could have been better. Rooms were dirty, floors were dusty. Found items alongside beds. Sink didn’t drain.
