HORRIBLE

Cons:

The first room was stank&carpet was nasty.The second room had roaches,a dirty rag hanging on shower head,secure lock was broke.Curtain had burns on it&was slashed,dressed had holes on top.The third room lights didn't work in front.Only the bathroom light worked and room was stank.I don't see how they rent those rooms.They were nasty,stank and ragedy.I didn't even stay.I'd prefer to stay outside before I stay at Extended Stay America.

Roaches in all 3 rooms that I looked in,, because I had to keep changing them because of infestation. It took 1 hour to get into a room that wasn't infestation of roaches or broken television and doors missing off dresser or mold smell

One tenant away from being a crack motel

I liked leaving the property. That’s all

Cons:

The staff was very nonchalant and didn’t care. Clearly hated her job. she seen I had an infant and still proceeded to put me in the room on the 3rd floor that required 4 flights of stairs. The outside of the building was run down. People clearly live here long term. Cars in the air on jacks , pot holes and the smell of stale cigarettes everywhere. The room , absolutely disgusting. Big black stains on the floor , walls have yellow film over them from smoking in them all day and all furniture & appliances were falling apart. I took pics and showed the lady at the front desk. She acted as if this was not a surprise this room looked that way & even more surprised I was complaining. She asked in a very monotone if I wanted to try another room… lol NO ! The pictures on the website is NOTHING like what this place actually look like. Their free breakfast is also grab & go off their office counter , that also looks like it hasn’t seen soap and water in some time.
