Ac didn’t work
Towels were stained

Shower was broken in suite where you had to pay extra to stay. Was told it would be fixed while I was away. Return 8 hours later with no change and room dirty from the wet towels. They did nothing to compensate.

No hot water.. unable to shower so had to change next day plans and just drive home

The parking garage was weird but they had parking outside as well.

No hot water, dirty room. Lady tried charging me 363$ when I told her I already paid. And proved it with my card. Told staff this and said nothing they can do. Unbelievable

The whole building was really dirty and smelly. The room had a terrible smell as well and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. I only managed to sleep 2 hours before I had to evacuate.

there is no elevator or ramp that can bring our luggage up to out room

The common areas smelled like pee the entire time. The room smelled like weed. There was NO breakfast as stated in the listing. The concrete stairs are falling apart and cut the back of our legs multiple times.

"It is not a place to rest. The room only has sheer curtains instead of blackout curtains, so all the light comes right in. We couldn't sleep well or rest at all. The pillows are terrible, and the service is awful

It smelled as if someone had just smoked pot in our room. .

The only good thing about this place is the shower and it still doesn’t even have good pressure, but it is a beautiful shower and experience for the shower. Everything else is horrible. There were stains on the bed before we even sat on the bed we go and use the Jacuzzi for the first night. Dirt comes out the bubbles disgusting and horrible. I paid $500 for this room. The bed is stained. Jacuzzi is dirty trash already used.
We go downstairs and we tell customer service and they ask if we want somebody to come clean the room I said no you guys could wait until we leave. They send somebody up anyways despite us saying no and they already said that it’s fine. We could wait until you guys are finished with your stay. They waited until we left to go out to eat to come upstairs and clean the room they didn’t change the sheets. They were still stained after I told them and showed them photos of it being stained same with the pillowcase. They didn’t even clean the hot tub. They just emptied it and then wiped a couple sides down. Left it dirty as hell and I have photos of it as well so even after the fact of them cleaning the room, it was still disgusting and I have photos of before and after. Getting cleaned, it is horrible and disgusting. This facility needs to get looked at. I want my money back at first I want only half my money back and then they clean the room and show that they can’t even do proper cleaning and left us with a disgusting room and we’ve told people multiple times. Nobody wanted to listen horrible customer service/employees this was just a horrible experience. I’ve definitely spent better nights at cheaper hotels that don’t even have Jacuzzi. I bought this hotel in hopes for a good romantic stay and it was the complete opposite me and my man started fighting because the hotel was disgusting on his birthday that’s not fair to us. I want my money back. I contacted somebody at that hotel. They said to contact somebody on booking.com as well

We had to switch rooms 3 times due to uncleanliness and broken doors. It was very outdated and was not clean. I cleaned it when I went in. The pictures on the site are not even close to what it looks like and also the continental breakfast was 3 granola bars left on the counter. Check out was at 11 but we had a women standing in our doorway at 9:15 waiting for us to leave. I also did not get my 100.00 deposit back yet !!! They said 24-48 hours!!! its been 5 days
