Some of the furniture is dirty and messed up one of the fixtures in the shower was Missing the shower door actually hanging I had to fix it personally for this to be the king suite a little bit better than the other one I stayed in the last time but I'm a frequent customer and some of the facilities not being taken care of properly a lot of the lights in the room were not working bolts were out

Cons:

Atendimento ruim. Nos foi retido U$100 em espécie no checkin e não foi devolvido no checkou, mesmo sem ter nada a pagar de consumos. Se apropriaram indevidamente do valor.

Cons:

Não tinha banheiro na área comum. Chegamos antes do check in e precisávamos ir ao banheiro e nos foi negado. Hotel ridículo e atendimento péssimo e xenofóbico. Não recomendo de jeito nenhum!!!!
