Fantastic location! The room was amazing and the staff was so nice. They anticipated every need we might have. Highly recommend. And so helpful with recommendations about tours and restaurants!! It was a perfect stay.
The continental breakfast was a lovely surprise. Some fresh fruit and some less sugary choices would make it so much better.

Stunning and spotless villa hotel with a gorgeous pool. It felt like a true oasis! The rooms are beautifully decorated too. We loved being able to order wonderful food from the room service menu — BEST margaritas ever! You’re only a few moments from the beach too.
The room key situation has got to be improved. There was a large key ring guests are given with separate keys for front door, back gate, kitchen door and suite. It was tiresome carrying it around. If they could at least make the front door and back gate keyless / electronic, that would be a huge improvement. Also, property was incredibly noisy all day, every day. Lots of construction next door and across street. Or their fault, but it took away from the otherwise lovely environment. Lastly, bedrooms should have a full length mirror and brighter lamps. Our room was cozy but too dark.

Lots of stairs but it was manageable
People were amazing, both staff and guests. Easily the best place we have stayed in Zihuatanejo in the past 25 years!
Would have like a panoramic view, which is available in unit 7, but that unit is designed for 4-6 people and there were just 2 of us, so we opted for a smaller (though still large) pool level unit. These units do not have the view. When we come back next time, we might try unit 6, which has a patio with partial view, but the pool level units are nevertheless very nice.
Magical! Quiet boutique hotel. The team are amazing and the location is great.
We loved everything! It felt like coming home to visit family. All the staff was amazing. The architecture of this space has such a dreamy vibe. We had pool service everyday. Cynthia booked massages, dinner reservations, taxis, and had laundry service prepped for us. Marta makes the best ham sandwiches and margaritas. Irvin was so helpful with our room necessities making sure we were nice and cool.
We had the pleasure of meeting the owners of the property and their friends. They were so welcoming and we enjoyed their company. We enjoyed their recommendations! Happy Birthday to Hugh and Duane! Thank you for sharing your cake with me! 😎
