I didn’t stay I walked in the room looked around and turned around and left!
Pros:

Absolutely nothing!
Very disappointed from the moment we pulled in the parking lot.

Cons:

-Folks hanging outside with loud music, smoking, children throwing garbage from the second floor!
-Woman throwing cigarettes from the second floor!
-Dirty carpets, dirty window curtains & shades.
-No wash cloths, towels in the room.
The refrigerator was filthy!
-No elevator!

This motel, because this should not be in The hotel category, should never be listed as anything besides a complete dump!!!
Enter at your own risk!

Only positive thing I can say is it’s located in a very good area and there are better hotels on the same street- thank God!

Needless to say I left and went and got a room elsewhere for my week stay in North Carolina.

Cons:

No towels , no wash clothes, didn't even have a shower curtain. Pillows were awful. Not very clean. Didn't have any cups in the room and only one small bar of soap. I would never stay there again even if it were free.

The rooms are clean!
Pros:

The staff could be more attentive; parking is almost always an issue. Not the best Hilton we’ve been to! Not horrible, just not the best.

Worst Experience
Pros:

When first walking into our room, we discovered only ¼ of the lights worked in our room and the bathroom sink had the stopper pushed down and had nasty looking water filling the sink about midway and was unable to release the stopper due to it being broke. When addressing the issue with the front desk, we were moved to a different room. When walking into the 2nd room, the floor was completely filthy and looked as though it hadn't been swept or mopped in probably a month. Upon opening the freezer, a baby roach was found, and when my husband simply sat on the bed, the head board fell from the wall hitting him. It was a terrible experience. I went back to the front desk to inform them that we would not be staying and explained the reasons as to why and requested a full refund. Was a little annoyed at the fact that when paying, it instantly removes the funds from our bank account, however when being refunded it takes up to 10 business days, which then put us in a bind considering we needed that money to pay for a room at a cleaner establishment.

Pros:

I was not happy with this hotel. I did not get the room I booked. I wanted a king room, but I ended up with two doubles. I was on the third floor, and the steps smelled like pee, cigarettes, and weed. My room also smelled like cigarettes. There was no soap in my room, nothing to cook or eat with, and only two sets of towels. The floor was dirty. This is not what I expected out of the Extended Stay America brand. I have pictures to show also.
