Great Staff
Pros:

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. I read some of the reviews and was sketchy at first. Upon my arrival i was greeted by a gentleman who was very pleasant. I wasn't able to catch his name. I appreciated the customer service. I stayed here for about 8 days. I had small issues but they were corrected immediately. The General Manager is extremely helpful so just overall really nice. The assistant manager is also very pleasant. Thank you all for everything you do.

Pros:

It's in a great place, right next to the interstate. Rooms are decent and cleaned when you ask. The price is decent considering it a hotel, but if you switch from monthly to weekly the price jumps about 75 bucks. The staff is considerate, friendly, especially Rob, he's very friendly, and Alesha, or Alyssa, maybe it's alexis. I can't remember her name, she works the desk you will meet her, but she will go above and beyond to help you. The whole staff is decent I haven't met everyone I'm sure but they have made my month stay easier, and w all the stress in life I need it.

The only downfall is my neighbors they forget the walls are like paper and they argue about some weird stuff

Pros:

Feels like home and Carmelita the manager is very accessible and responsive to your needs. Tiffany is very customer oriented and strives to make sure your stay is memorable.

Stay away!!! Very disappointed and dirty place.
Pros:

Nothing. It was nasty dirty outside.

Cons:

It was dirty. Bathtub was so gross I was afraid to even use the toilet. Dirty towels. The bathroom sink wouldn’t drain. Other tenants screaming, slamming doors at 2 am.

Great stay for winter quick stop.

Kitchenette was useful.

Cons:

Needed a more cleaner outside facility and upgrade paint job
and under my bed and corners was some trash but my room overall on 3rd floor 316 was ok if you're a dude(male).
