Left after the first night for different accommodations
Pros:

It at least seemed clean. And the lady who checked me in was very helpful

Cons:

The rooms are very outdated and worn out. Any repairs made to the rooms were shoddy. The bathroom door in my room didn't latch and the handle pulled off the door.

Unclean rooms and no accountability afterward
Pros:

I had a very poor experience with this hotel.

When I arrived, both rooms I had booked were clearly not cleaned. The beds looked as though they had already been used, there were dirty towels left on the floor, and there was hair around the sink and on the towels. The rooms were not fit for use, so I had no choice but to leave immediately.
I spoke with reception at the time, and they agreed the condition was unacceptable and advised me to cancel the booking, confirming that I would receive a refund.
However, despite this, I have still not received a proper refund and have had to chase this up repeatedly. The lack of follow-through after such an issue is very disappointing.
Based on this experience, I would not recommend staying here.

The only positive aspect was the staff member at reception (Chelsea), who was understanding and agreed that cancelling the booking was the best option given the condition of the rooms.

Cons:

Both rooms were clearly not cleaned upon arrival. The beds looked as though they had already been used, there were dirty towels left on the floor, and there was hair around the sink and on the towels. The rooms were not fit for use and this was unacceptable.
I had to cancel the booking immediately and leave. Despite being advised that I would receive a refund, I have had no response from the property after multiple attempts to contact them.

Pros:

The front desk people were nice. The bed sheets smelled fresh and help to combat the dog smell.

Cons:

When I entered my room it smelled of dog urine. I had to leave early because I couldn't take it any longer. I was given the wrong room and people were inside.

Then my room key did not work. Getting into my room was a challenge and the smell was so hard.

BEWARE OF PRICE AT EXTENDED STAY
Pros:

BE CAREFUL, they state the ending price, all they say it includes all taxes, BUT it really doesn't. SO what ever price you see, ie 54.00 per night make sure you ADD 10-12 00 to EACH night. Totally unsat, they give you a false i pression when you are booking your room and then they tell you your gonna get a discount for being a member. Which is ALL false. I will NEVER stay here again, if you can't ben honest what kind of company are you.

Great Staff
Pros:

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. I read some of the reviews and was sketchy at first. Upon my arrival i was greeted by a gentleman who was very pleasant. I wasn't able to catch his name. I appreciated the customer service. I stayed here for about 8 days. I had small issues but they were corrected immediately. The General Manager is extremely helpful so just overall really nice. The assistant manager is also very pleasant. Thank you all for everything you do.

Pros:

It's in a great place, right next to the interstate. Rooms are decent and cleaned when you ask. The price is decent considering it a hotel, but if you switch from monthly to weekly the price jumps about 75 bucks. The staff is considerate, friendly, especially Rob, he's very friendly, and Alesha, or Alyssa, maybe it's alexis. I can't remember her name, she works the desk you will meet her, but she will go above and beyond to help you. The whole staff is decent I haven't met everyone I'm sure but they have made my month stay easier, and w all the stress in life I need it.

The only downfall is my neighbors they forget the walls are like paper and they argue about some weird stuff
