Overall OK but toilet door experience was not ok as my 8 year old was locked inside
Pros:

It was good hotel, pretty clean with all facilities

Cons:

AC was not coming on the top floor ( family room ) and toilet door was jammed and had to call staff to unlock the door. I would suggest they look into safety measures, as my son aged 8 was locked in toilet due to faulty door knob and the staff had to come to rescue him.

Eine Unverschämtheit für so einen hohen Preis!

Nichts, außer das Reinigungspersonal war sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Schlecht! Das Hotel ist eine einzige Baustelle! Wifi funktioniert nicht, das Kartenbezahlsystem funktioniert gar nicht. Mannhat uns gezwungen, alles doppelt zu bezahlen!

Great location, quiet but close to the centre. Excellent comfortable rooms and overall enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

Great location and our room was spacious and clean. Our room appeared newly decorated and was a true haven. The beds were incredibly comfortable.

Cons:

There was a small mix up on arrival regarding the cost which quickly got sorted. Sadly there was no car park due to building work but this wasn’t a problem as there was plenty of off road parking right outside the hotel.

Het binnenzwembad, de kinderen vonden het fantastisch dat ze met de badjas en slippers aan(voorzien door hotel) naar zwembad konden gaan..

Cons:

Het gebonk van de deuren dat je s ochtendsvroeg maar ook savonds heel laat kon horen.
Dat er geen laadpaal was voor elektrische wagen.

malgré l'éloignement de la mer, en raison d'un enfant qui souhaitait jouir de la plage, c'est compensé pour les adultes par la pinède et le jardin où le service était impeccable et très soutiant

Très bon séjour au voco Le Touquet. L’hôtel est agréablement situé dans un environnement verdoyant et boisé, au calme.
Les chambres sont rénovées, modernes et confortables. L’accueil est sympathique et le personnel agréable. Le petit-déjeuner est bon, avec un choix varié.
Mention spéciale pour le joli jardin situé près du restaurant : un espace très agréable pour profiter du calme et de la verdure.
Une belle adresse pour un séjour reposant au Touquet !
