Pros:

Gostei da localização, pois fica próximo de locais para almoçar, farmácia, padarias entre outros.

Cons:

Apesar da localização ser bem tranquila, não recomendo ficar em um quarto próximo as escadas, pois o fluxo de pessoas acaba atrapalhando no momento de descanso a noite.
Outro ponto negativo e não ter elevador.
