Nice hotel with good size rooms and good facilities. It's in a good location, walking distance to the Alamo and the riverwalk, breakfast is good, the bacon was nice and crispy. I didn't have time to use the pool but the gym was ok
Disappointing hotel .
Room ok though staff quite unhelpful in setting up sofabed . Seemed cleaned but found a cockroach in the room
Breakfast is so disappointing , no pancakes as advertised , very limited choice and finishing at the ridiculously early time of 9, seems crazy when no staff are really involved in cooking fresh food during service
Pool is very small , pictures gave me other ideas and limited seating around

Excellent stay at the Sonesta ES Suites San Antonio Downtown. The location is hard to beat — steps from the Alamo and a short walk to the River Walk. The room was spotlessly clean with a full kitchen, making it feel more like a home than a hotel. Breakfast, a pool and gym, and on-site parking round out an already great package. Highly recommend and will definitely be back.
Horrible Customer Service! I was told I would be charged $45 for parking when I checked in. Unfortunately I wasn’t told it would be per day until after I called to complain. I was never explained that you had to book/reserve housekeeping services. Breakfast was very limited cold and disgusting. Rooms had no towels or toilet paper. Not enough staff. Phone in rooms never worked. Called about the charge and all they could do was apologize and offer me points. At this point I could care less about points or ever staying at any of their properties again. I do not recommend this place.

Parking your vehicle was a cost that I wasn't aware of $45.00 per night. Not that big of deal but I booked the room for 3 persons it should have the proper amount of towels and wash rags. Small details make a difference.

Big suite… nice to have a kitchen table and couch to feel at home.
The location is perfect! Walk to everything yet away from the noise.
The kitchen area needed more items… I only had 1 fork … 1 coffee cup
