Pros:

Wonderful property, so clean and fresh. Only tiny knock is the channel guide on the TV was wrong, but so minor! A GREAT value, just a few minutes walk to Alamo and Riverway!

This hotel is family-friendly. The room is spacious with a nice sofa bed. The kitchen has everything, a large fridge, a dish washer, a stove and a full set of utencles. We bought some veggies and meats from the nearby market and made our own snacks and a dinner. The hotel's breakfast was above average with some hot and cold selections.

You need to be recycling. We were missing wash cloths, which they provided after we called them. There was only one fork in the room, no dishwashing soap or sponge for doing dishes. The ice machine was turned off so if staying for just a night you had no ice. The hours for eating breakfast should be longer.

Everyone is very friendly and the first impression started with the valet gentlemen. He is exceptional in this role. He remembers your name and is super friendly and helpful. The rooms are very comfortable with a full kitchen and very comfortable couch and sitting area.
