The ladies at the front desk was so sweet. The name of the lady was Amanda and Autumn they are very friendly and nice 🙂

All was very comfortable - we asked several questions - an extra chair, where is the ice, etc. and always got a good answer.

Would have liked a cable channel guide, the TV menu only showed the local channels - Channel 10

Unclean, loud, needed repairs. Not what I thought it would be. Highly disappointed.

Cons:

The room was not clean. Bed was extremely uncomfortable. Room was in need of repairs. Paper thin walls. First night stay it was very loud and noisy with people in other rooms blaring music so we didn’t get much sleep.

The location was good because of convenience of shopping

Cons:

The place had some foul smell, there was no ironing board or pressing iron, the stairs to the rooms were dirty, some paint peeling off, and the toilet location was horrible because the door could not close and it was rocking. I would suggest that you use the round and not elongated toilets.

Pros:

Its convenient and close to my family that I was visiting. It is always clean and the staff is very friendly.

Cons:

I do not like that the door did not appear to be an outside door. It looked like an interior door. Very thin and hollow and not hung level. There was a large gap between the door and the door frame. I did not like being directly across from the ice machine. Lots of foot traffic and vending and ice machine noises.
