Comfortable home away from home
Pros:

This budget-friendly hotel delivers! The bed and pillows were as comfortable as at my house, a rarity! Coffee, tea and hot chocolate available 24 hours made a cozy end to my days. Breakfast was notable for having sliced almonds and dried cranberries to add to your cereal, as well as 2 kinds of milk-regular and oat!
Front desk staff were warm and welcoming.
I like the locked front door with key card access, after hours.
While it is in a primarily industrial area, this hotel felt very safe. I walked to and from the Gallo Center two nights in a row, about a mile each way, and never felt threatened.
I have my new favorite hotel in Modesto and plan to come back soon! Thank you to everyone who made my stay so great.

All you need, area not great
Pros:

Clean and simple. Minimalist decor. Industrial area with lots of trucks. Comfy bed, good work space, good shower. We’ll stay again.

Pros:

Comfortable place to stay. Some of the front desk help wouldn’t let my door dash guy up to my room and some did. Confusing and frustrating. The area seemed more industrial so it didn’t feel as safe but our stay was fine.
