National Championship trip

It was ok for the price

Cons:

I didn't like the guy on the kiosk accusing my granddaughter of stealing something I was standing right beside her she pickedup a little tiny bottle and looked at it and then put it back if he's worried about people stealing stuff they should get a real person to be in there

Pros:

The staff was friendly and the room was big. The breakfast was ok but could have had more options.

Cons:

The only thing that could have been better was if the room would have had a tub you could take a bath in instead of just a shower. Also some grips in the shower to prevent slipping.

Will not return.
Pros:

Hair was found around the sink and coffee tray. Looked to be electric razor trimmings ae they were short. This was shown on video screen to management. BTW I hate the computer video check-in. I prefer someone at a desk!! Not a computer monitor. The linens were not white. Dingy. Overall very disappointed. I will not return to this establishment. Unable to obtain checkout receipt when I checked out. I was told it would be available. IT was NOT. I attempted to reach establishment via telephone it kept going around in circles. No one would pick up!!! Finally drove by there on my return trip to obtain my receipt.

Cons:

Sorry I was in such a rush to share my review I wrote it in the wrong space.

Pros:

Toilet didn't flush well.
I do not like doing business with someone a thousand miles away on a kiosk.
Especially when you can hardy hear/understand them.

Cons:

Will not go through the check in again with a person a thousand miles away over a kiosk.
