Hate VIDEO CHECK IN. It’s a deal breaker for me. Won’t be back.
Floor has a leak in front of TV. Water runs from shower under the floor. Flooring is peeling up, paper fake stuff, this is why.

Pleasant stay.
Pros:

Room was cleaned daily with fresh towels, bed was comfortable, location is accessible.

Cons:

Breakfast had only one gluten free option although advised in advance.
Pool is locked until 10am. Suggest 8am pool opening would be reasonable.
Laundry requires coins but there is nowhere to change notes for coins.

Room was 88 when we got in didn’t have air on. Ac wouldn’t get room past 75. Stains everywhere bugs in room

They closed the pool during our stay for a swim training unannounced before our stay. It was the reason we selected that hotel. My daughter was disappointed.
