Uncomfortable
Pros:

The breakfast was good bc the waffle maker

Cons:

The one elevator was broken, 3 flights of stairs, had my elderly parents with us up on the 3rd floor. No staff even offered a hand. The pool was closed and green.
The coffee was not great but I'm a coffee snob.
The queen beds are so tiny and uncomfortable . The sheets were very scratchy. The night stand in between the beds is too tiny like 10 inches by 4 inches. There was no dimmer on lights to relax in the evening. The "GYM" is a treadmill and a bike.
I still can't believe they did not tell us about the broken elevator before showing up, no discount or anything.
Just really seemed dishonest, especially for the price.

We loved the hotel, would stay here again.

The only thing that would have made this stay perfect would have been if the elevator was working.

The staff was amazing, friendly and helpful. They made the stay. I would stay here again even though the elevator was out of service.

We didn’t stay - elevators were out and only rooms on upper floors. We can’t do stairs
Pros:

Sadly the elevators were out so we couldn’t stay . The hotel allowed us to cancel and sent an email to booking.com and now booking.com says they haven’t heard from the hotel.

Cons:

No notifications were provided that elevators didn’t work. Hotel was a little grubby

Cons:

The elevator was out of order all 3 days of our stay. We were on the 3rd floor. Bedbugs, bedbugs, bedbugs( all four guests have dozen of bites.) The air conditioner didn’t work properly, either it was cold or hot the setting didn’t work. The TV in the eating area wasn’t turned on, the breakfast was fair. Breakfast area on the last day no air conditioning the entrance doors was open. It was hot. The pool wasn’t ready. Lawn not maintained leaves everywhere.

My friend and I just had an overnight stay traveling back to North Carolina from Florida. All was well!
Pros:

Affordable and Close to downtown
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, location to restaurant within walking distance. Close to there Kazoo Museum.

Cons:

The elevator was down, wish they'd of given us the option of a first floor or second floor room. We were put on the second floor and the stairs were difficult.

Comfortable and good location
Pros:

The property was close to shopping and restaurants. Also close to Paris Island, which is the reason we were there for a graduation.

Cons:

The property did not have guest laundry facilities. Consider considering the location being near Paris Island, people may be staying two or three days and needs to do laundry.
