Perfect cairns friends vacation
Pros:

The location of the property was absolutely perfect! Waking up every morning to the sea and watching the sunrise was my absolute favourite part of the stay.

Cons:

The only thing would be no 24Hr room service

Disappointed
Pros:

Our stay at Cairns Harbourside Hotel was quite disappointing. The location is far from the city centre, which made it inconvenient to access restaurants, shops, and the main attractions. We didn’t realize how isolated it would feel compared to staying in the CBD area.

The hotel facilities were very limited and did not meet our expectations. The rooms were average at best, and unfortunately, the staff wasn’t particularly warm or welcoming, which further impacted the overall experience.

The most disappointing part was the breakfast. The options were extremely limited, and the quality of food was below standard. It definitely did not justify the price or expectations of a comfortable stay.

Overall, we would strongly recommend choosing a better property in the Cairns CBD area where you’ll have better accessibility, amenities, and overall hospitality.

Beautiful view
Pros:

Staff and housekeeping were great! The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious with a great view. It is a bit dated and the breakfast buffet was not the best. Eat in town for a better meal. This is not centrally located so we had to get transportation many times.
