Exceptional
Pros:

The room, staff, cleanliness everything was fantastic. I would like to mention the rooms service meals from the restaurant were exceptional. I actually extended my stay forward ie booked two nights in front of the one I booked through booking.com, (change of plans at the last minute) and I was accommodated without hesitation. The lady that came each day to ask if I wanted fresh towels etc. was lovely, thank you for the sugar and the man on reception when I departed for my plane at 0430 in the morning was so helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay again.

Pros:

Breakfast was hit and miss. One day there was no refills on anything, except bread at 9:15, breakfast is over at 9:30. Depending on number of people attending breakfast would affect the quality of food served. The egg Benedict, potatoes puff/hashbrowns and fried mushrooms were good. If you ordered easy over eggs it could take up to 20 minutes to get them and then they were cold or hard yolks.

Excellent. A beaut place to unwind.
Pros:

Fast check in. Beautiful room and view. Loved the pool area and bar outlook over the esplanade. Could have spent day relaxing there!

Tired hotel but ok for our one night stay
