Situation idéale et très belle hôtel à en devenir mais pas agréable du tout pendant les travaux

L’emplacement et la chambre

Cons:

Les travaux dans l’hôtel, on aurait dû être prévenu car nous aurions changé d’hôtel. Beaucoup de bruit, à partir de 9h du matin et pour la journée complète…donc pas profiter des installations,plage,transat, terrasse, bar….
Pas de parking prévu la voiture devait tout le temps être déplacée ou pour circuler on devait bouger plusieurs véhicules. Nous avions pris des suites avec terrasse et transat sans pouvoir en profiter suite au va et vient des ouvriers ainsi que du bruit

Mooi verblijf in Sarande direct aan zee :)
Pros:

Personeel is heel aardig! Locatie direct aan zee. De kamer is schoon. Parkeren op locatie mogelijk, het personeel helpt je hier uitstekend mee! Naast het hotel zijn ze aan het uitbreiden dus momenteel wat geluid overdag, maar omdat wij er overdag niet waren geen last van gehad. We kregen ontbijt mee voor in de auto, omdat we vroeg vertrokken :)

El lugar es hermoso y sin dudas cuando terminen la obra será espectacular.
También son geniales quienes atienden el hotel!!!

Cons:

Al estar en obra era complicado guardar el auto y sacarlo. Durante todo el dia hubo obra y los ruidos son molestos

Nice and clean room, direct beach with comfortable beds and umbrella, very good service and people are very nice and always helpful

Wyjątkowe miejsce na wypoczynek w Albanii

Zatrzymaliśmy się tutaj drugi rok z rzędu, co świadczy o tym, że byliśmy zadowoleni. Vila Era ma idealną lokalizację - kilka kroków do restauracji i przystani promowej oraz sklepów, a także centrum z nadmorską promenadą. Umiejscowiona w spokojnej okolicy. Widok z tarasu na morze jest obłędny! Na miejscu prywatna plaża z bezpłatnymi, wygodnymi leżakami w dużej ilości. W porównaniu z ubiegłym rokiem poprawiła się jakość serwowanych śniadań, które są dostępne w cenie noclegu - zdecydowano się na szwedzki stół, który zlikwidował czas oczekiwania na posiłki oraz zwiększył dostępność dań. W całym obiekcie bardzo czysto, cicho, a sam kontakt z właścicielką bardzo przyjemny. Zdecydowanie polecam zatrzymać się tutaj na dłużej. To doskonała baza wypadowa do zwiedzenia Albanii.

Cons:

Z minusów wskazałabym w dalszym ciągu wyczuwalny bardzo nieprzyjemny zapach z kanalizacji w łazience. Widać, że właścicielka inwestuje w obiekt, odnawiając choćby elewację zewnętrzną, ale ten zapach w górnych pokojach uprzykrza pobyt.
