Pros:

Nice beds, quiet location, but close to where we wanted to be. A good breakfast every morning. We stayed 4 days and each day was a different entree.
For the money, its a nice placecto stay

Cons:

Our room smelled musty from the AC...we had to go get an air freshner, that helped take that musty smell away.

Overall a good choice
Pros:

Stauff was more than accommodating. Room was clean but the desk chair had a foul odor. The staff did replace the chair after I brought it to their attention. Breakfast was pretty good for a free hotel breakfast.

Cons:

The facility was a little run down in the sense that there were a few areas that needed repair.

Problems fixed quickly!
Pros:

This is an older Hampton Inn, but kept up for the most part. The staff are wonderful and go out of their way to help, even when they are sold out. We had a significant problem during the evening when Mafet was working. She helped as much as she could and suggested that I send an email to the manager Jen and talk to the day shift manager the next day. She left them notes as well. The day shift manager, Tony, went out of his way to fix it all. I haven’t heard from Jen yet, but she is likely on days off.

This hotel is about 24 min from the Daytona Speedway, which was great during the big race!

Personnel was unavailable, then rude, unprofessional and threatening. Do not engage with this location.
Pros:

Room was fine.

NEVER saw an employee - checked in at 5pm, no one at desk so checked in online. Returned from dinner 7p, no one at desk. Issue at 9p and no one at desk. Eery.

When finally got an employee they were rude, unprofessional, and threatening. Even tho it is franchise owed, I had to call corporate Hilton and they were wonderful.

I do not recommend anyone engage with this location.

After an unprofessional interaction with the manager on duty we were told we would be compensated with 10000 hilton award points. We have not seen that on our account as of yet.

It was dirty a bad location. Picture did not look anything like this place. Very disappointed. There were homeless people outside the front door and people in the parking lot smoking pot. We did not feel safe so we moved to another location.

Friendliness of check-in staff, I think his name was Tony. Comfortable bed. Refrigerator in room. Scent of the shower gel and hand soap.

Cons:

Breakfast time could've extended to 10:15 or 10:30 on weekends.

Location was great! Beds were very comfortable. Decent breakfast. Staff was nice.

Cons:

Some areas need work, wallpaper coming off, damaged furniture, things like that. Bathroom was not 100% clean, found some hair in the tub and floor, etc. Very noisy AC.

Employment needs to be trained better they are disgusting

Worse place to stay! I paid for two night and once they knew I was not staying another night they turned. First day they were doing this fire alarm has to hold in time, which was annoying.. then I went to go get chicken noodle soup and it was all expired which was disgusting and then I asked for a late checkout which they told me when I checked in I could ask for that and he gave me only 15 minutes for late. So I went downstairs and I said can I please have a late check out to talk to him in person and the lady with the dark hair said whoa whoa whoa what’s going on so he told me I need to leave the premises I was not causing scene so I went to go sit on the benches cause I had to wait for someone to pick me up and then the lady with the dark hair that works up there I didn’t get her name which I should have came out to smoke a cigarette right in front of the building it’s disgusting. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I’m not even gonna leave a star. This is zero stars.
