Pros:

This was a decent distance to the Creation Museum and The Ark

Cons:

Not as nice as other Country Inn and Suites we have stayed in

Nice, breakfast was good, beds were okay. We slept and ate well, only there one night. Please fix ice machine on 3rd floor.

Cons:

My real only complaint is the beds were very uncomfortable. Maybe it was just our room, as we have stayed there a few other times. I think a new mattress or topper would be a great idea

Cons:

Dirty sheets, when we went to front desk to tell them we needed new sheets they gave us the sheets to change them ourselves, I really didn’t want to touch the nasty things. I also felt like the bed needed replacing.

Disappointing
Pros:

Location was good right off the freeway

Cons:

Our comforter and sheets were dirty so we had to switch rooms. The hotel is dirty and not updated at all. The a/c unit was very loud in the room. The employee didn’t even apologize to us when we had to switch rooms.

Not a bad experience, but didn't feel comfortable with the cleanliness of the shower to use it.
Pros:

We were able to get a room at the last minute on the 4th of July and the hotel was pet friendly, which was a bonus.

Cons:

The shower wall had pink mold on it.
