Setting, room and staff were great

Cons:

The property needs to get more than two beat up washer and dryers in a building that has that many rooms. That was very frustrating. The dryers had to be ran two times through to get the clothes dry. That was the only thing I got mad about.You guys need to upgrade that and have at least 2 floors with access to the laundry facilities

Breakfast was ok

Cons:

Someone had smoked pot in that room or the room next door and our room smelled awful. After complaining to the staff about it they claimed that it had been cleaned but they were sold out and couldn’t move us. So I wanted a non smoking room but got one that smelled like pot. The room should have never been rented. Horrible. Staff member said he would talk to the manager but I was never contacted about it. I made the reservation at least a month earlier but got that room given to me when it clearly shouldn’t have been. When I got home I took my clothes out of my suitcase that I hadn’t used and they all smelled like pot. It was that strong. Won’t be staying at a Hampton inn or recommending it

The beds were very comfortable! Nice atmosphere, wonderful pool, great breakfast.

Cons:

My only negative comment would be the heating/air conditioner unit in the room had the cover coming off. It still worked but it didn't look good.

Descent location older one elevator wasn't working which was inconvenient especially considering the price to stay.

My family and I had an amazing stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and valued. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and very well maintained.

Our room was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our family. We appreciated the attention to detail, the comfortable beds, and the excellent amenities. Everything exceeded our expectations.

Pros:

This is about like any other Hampton which is why I love to stay in them. You know you're going to get a clean comfortable room and because of that a good nights sleep. This place was no different.
