We stayed at Milestone hotel for our wedding night and also celebrated our wedding here and it was truly unforgettable.

This place is absolutely stunning, a perfect example of a classic British hotel. It has always been my dream to stay here for a special occasion, and I’m so happy it finally came true.

The staff were exceptional - incredibly helpful, responsive, and supportive throughout. In the midst of all the pre-wedding excitement (and a bit of panic!), their calmness and willingness to help made such a difference, and I’m genuinely grateful.

The room was spotless and beautifully maintained, everything was simply perfect.

A solid 10/10 experience. Thank you for making our special day even more memorable.

Pros:

The hotel was beautiful. Comes with its own spa but you had to pay extra to access that.

Cons:

We raised some concerns with the management around comfort and room provision (kettle etc not provided as standard). Management responded promptly and considerately.

Stunning hotel in excellent location with amazing staff!
Pros:

From the moment we stepped out the taxi, the service we received was exemplary! A warm welcome, a drink in the cosy bar, an upgraded room, and a delicious breakfast - all staff and facilities were wonderful! This is our second visit to this beautiful hotel, and we will return!

An absolutely exceptional stay at the Milestone in London.

Everything was perfect from start to finish: the ideal location, the charm of the property, the quality of the services… but what truly makes the difference is the staff. A huge thank you to all the teams — front desk, concierge, doormen, cleaning, restaurant and bar — for their professionalism, kindness, and constant attention to detail.

The restaurant deserves a very special mention: the food was simply exquisite. My mother had the best omelette of her life at breakfast, a moment she will remember for a long time. And a special thank you to the team for their outstanding sense of service: they kindly prepared an exceptional fish and chips for her, even though it wasn’t on the menu, simply because it was her dream to try one on her first visit to London. This thoughtful gesture - for which I am forever grateful - made our stay even more memorable.

The view over the gardens is also beautiful and adds to the overall charm of the experience.

The massage was just as extraordinary — a true moment of relaxation — and the bar is both elegant and welcoming, perfect for ending the day.

A place I wholeheartedly recommend and will happily return to.

Fantastisch! Voor herhaling vatbaar.
Pros:

Locatie is niet tenvolle in het centrum en vergt verplaatsingsmiddelen of flinke wandeling. Anderzijds is een metrostation in de dichte buurt en zijn taxi's alom tegenwoordig en niet duur. Dus de ligging hoeft geen probleem te vormen. Het hotel zelf is voorzien van alle comfort en straalt nog authenticiteit uit. Leuk om de Engelse sfeer te ervaren.
Personeel is bijzonder vriendelijk en alert voor de noden die zich zouden kunnen stellen en anticiperen hierop. Steeds met de glimlach. Altijd klaar voor wat uitleg en raad.
Ontbijt is fantastisch, vers, voldoende ruime keuze, bijzonder lekker bereid volledig naar je smaak en wens! Geindividualiseerd. Top!
