It was a nice airport hotel. Beds were comfortable and good amenities in room.
Pros:

Very clean and in convenient spot for airport and some local restaurants. The breakfast was decent and I liked the fresh scrambled eggs.

Cons:

It was much nicer inside than the outside appearance makes it appear.
Would like to have vegetables and cheese offered at breakfast. Not just fruit and cream cheese.

Very comfortable. Great place to start and finish our road trip.
Pros:

Excellent breakfast especially the warm cinnamon buns.

Cons:

Larger sign on top of hotel. Clearer marking of car park entrance. We found it hard to find when travelling from car rental.

Pros:

This was my first time staying at Holiday Inn Express LA, and despite a small confusion with my name, it turned out to be a wonderful experience!
At first, they were unable to find my reservation, but Elizabeth and the shuttle driver were extremely kind and helpful in resolving the issue. I also truly appreciated that they spoke Spanish, which made everything much easier.
The rest of the staff were very friendly as well. They kindly allowed us to check in early and store our luggage after check-out until our evening flight, which was incredibly convenient.
The hotel, facilities, and location were excellent, especially if you are just passing through the area.
Thank you so much for your amazing hospitality and excellent service!
