Great hospitality, fast service, delicious food. Our waitress, Sude, was exceptionally good, answering all the questions we had. We sat outside and although it was hot the area was covered and had a great bien. Definitely recommend this restaurant !
The hotel is very well located. Quiet neighborhood. Easy access to Bosphorus. Very professional teams from the lobby to the restaurant. Special thanks to Selin and Nadir at breakfast. They were always smiling and nice despite the chaos of peak hours at the restaurant.

The staff are very friendly and professional, starting from the outside doors , to the resection and the room service.
They had a WhatsApp message option in case you need anything and you are not in the room , they can guide and support.
We asked for an extra bed it was free and we asked for late checkout and they were very supportive in this .
The hotel to be honest needs maintenance in terms of the furniture quality in the rooms , the cleanliness as well, it needs to be more focused in terms of cleaning.

Fantastic dinner ! Amazing Food, wonderfull wines and the service by ‘ miss angel’ is 5 star ! A must in Istanbul ! Don’t miss the tartar and the desert Panacota !
As always there are pros and cons of any hotel.
It does have a great view of the bsophorus. However, it is 5-6km form old town and taxi ride is £10-£15 per time into old town.
Great lobby and comfortable rooms. The Manzara restaurant served Turkish fare but did not think this was very good. The Italian was a lot better.
The health club and pool were very good and the Summit Bar offered fabulous views over the city.
The service was slow and a couple of occasions the order was wrong. Overall we would say this was 5 star prices for 3 star service.
The people who work in the Conrad Bosphorous in Istanbul were great. In the restaurant Gamze, Nadir, and Ymer provided outstanding dining experiences. This hotel needs to bottle the wonderful attitude of their employees and sell it to other hotels. Gamze-thank you especially for helping my daughter.

The staff was very courteous. Always helpful and greeting you with a smile.
Cleanliness was not up to the mark. When I checked in the bathroom had not been clean. The door was not dusted and you could see a thick layer of dust. The desk workspace had water rings and some dried up food pieces.
