Dirty and unsafe
The rooms had bugs. Tub and shower were filthy. Room was dirty.
Room was good and clean
This hotel is for a quick night only. Not for vacations or romantic getaway’s.
Well Where do I start? Soon as we walked in the room, the room smell like Under arm Smell really bad. I had to buy spray and spray the whole 3 days. Because the smell kept coming back.
Our first Night I killed a roach. And then I realized the toilet was disgusting, dirty on the side, and inside the toilet was nasty. I Needit towels, toilet paper and for them to draw out my trash. I called the front desk, he told me they were gonna to come and service my room they never did. that hotel was very disappointing.
Upon checking the receptionist was very rude and lacked good customer service skills. I was not impressed but over all the stay was not bad.
Needs a good remodeling
Horrible. Had to switch rooms twice. Once because of the moldy smell, the second time because the TV didn’t work.
The room was ok in itself. The halls and stairwells were questionable. There was a fairly decent size roach in the bathroom and my refrigerator leaked.
Close to all the businesses I needed.
I didn't like the room. No windows patio door could not be open. No circulation. We both got sick. No ice. No water. No laundry
The facility was in bad repair, and the room was totally dusty and dirty. The ice machine had obviously been down for quite some time as you could see mold in the basin.
Outdated and dirty!
Just one word, terrible, dirty rooms, dirty doors, dirty carpets, broken tv in the rooms, deposit double, still fighting for my deposit back, a customer asking refund in front of me, fighting at the desk, never.
Second time I've stayed here and enjoy it. If you travel solo and are not picky. If they spent money on touch up this place would be enough. It's right on 19 and Gulf To Bay. I'm a captain that is trying to move back to the city and for me the cost and location is prefect. I'm not picky either though. I just prefer piece and quiet. I know you can't always get that at any hotel on a weekend but so far I've been lucky here and the staff has been accommodating.
The key card access for my building was broken. Anyone could walk in. There is no sign to request housekeeping to place on the outside of the door. No one changed my trash or went into my room to clean the entire time. No house keeping on staff when my toilet exploded in my room. I cleaned it myself and requested a disinfectant for which the staff wouldn’t even bother to grab the disinfectant in the lobby. They gave me clean towels thankfully but this wasn’t acceptable. There are warnings for human trafficking signs placed on the door of the lobby. This was a frightening warning.
Terrible place Don't bring your family here
Not a place my wife and I could agree to stay. Canceled our reservation immediately.
It was filthy. Bugs everywhere. Paper thin walls, noisy. The room smelled awful. Staff was unfriendly and rude. Wish I would read the reviews...it was all there for me to read, just didn't take the time to see others had the same exact experience!
