La ubicación y el trato del personal
La piscina. Muy reducida y llena de gente. No pudimos utilizarla por la mañana y pagamos el doble que en otros hoteles para tener opción de refrescarnos un día caluroso de verano. A las 14:00 h no teníamos lista una de las dos habitaciones abonadas. Teníamos reserva para comer fuera y no pudimos disponer de ella hasta las 17:00 que regresamos. Pedimos al día siguiente retrasar el check out más de las 12 h. y nos lo denegaron. No tuvieron ningún detalle para compensarnos. Nos ofrecieron guardarnos las maletas para acudir a la piscina pero fue imposible. No había espacio. Nos marchamos del hotel con estancia de menos de 24 horas y pagamos más de 600 euros por dos habitaciones.
我们的房间不含早餐。房间很宽敞舒适，过道装饰得富丽堂皇，我们的女眷们都在过道上照了相，非常好看。房间门牌号印在一盏灯上面，找起来有点别扭，但看起来很美。总台主动提前联系客户，交代停车位置和方式。我们到达后，总台服务员出来2个小伙子，帮助卸行李和指引酒店地下停车场，陪司机去停车后再返回总台。门口设有专供酒店客人车辆停车的车道，但我们刚到的时候没有注意到，就开到大门侧面的岔道上停下了再去找总台的人出来的。酒店位置非常好，离火车站500米，我们真的去了一趟火车站，找租车公司的人咨询了一些去直布罗陀的事情。附近超市也比较近。离酒店数百米外就能看到酒店头顶的“ONLY YOU HOUTE SEVILLA”几个大字，感觉很好。

Everything. This was one of my all time favorite hotels. Beautiful rooms, beautiful pool. Best breakfast and coffee bar ever. Next door to the train station and busses. Grocery store across the street.
Just as feedback…This is not the fault of the hotel, however, as guests would arrive at pool opening hours, place towels on the chairs at the pool area and leave to get breakfast, or just leave for a time, others would not have a place to sit. Maybe some signage to deter this from happening.
Air conditioning was excellent, we stayed in Sevilla last week at another hotel, this hotel did not meet our expectations. What to say about the hotel, absolutely fantastic.
Everything the hotel offered, far exceeded our expectations.
The room was decorated well and comfy. The breakfast was fantastic and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
The staff at the pool area and bar and the “booking system” that isn’t communicated for the sunbeds.
