The garden is beautiful, location is in a nice neighborhood.
Advertised to have a pool but not mentioned it is only open at certain periods (booking.com needs to take action on that). Needs revision, there was black water flowing from the sink. There was a noisy construction ongoing (even late at night) and the room that they gave was just in front of it (bad management, resolved after objection), breakfast room tiny and packed, food quality bad.

En la cena que ofrecen en el restaurante están pendientes de todo detalle,hasta el kiwi cuando lo pides de postre te lo sirven ya cortatido y pelado. Un detallazo!
En recepción la chica de la tarde,un encanto. Y están pendientes de que tal estás en tu estancia desde el minuto 1.

La cama era muy cómoda y el personal de recepción muy amable
El ascensor está muy viejo, hace un ruido bastante extraño. El aire acondicionado no estaba activado, nos dijeron que es de control central y que todavía no lo habían activado.La habitación se ponía a 27 grados y tuvimos que dormir con las ventanas abiertas, la habitación daba al parking y se oía ruido al no poder cerrarla,lo que impidió que descansaremos adecuadamente,al contratar por Booking ponía que tenía aire acondicionado, creo que deberían especificar que hay meses que no lo tienen activado.
