Nous étions dans la partie clairement délabrée malgré un surclassement après avoir râlé du bruit des chambres côté rue. Rien n’est à la hauteur d’un 4 étoiles ! Et le personnel n’est pas du tout professionnel. Attitude désobligeante! Il y avait un mariage dont les invités occupaient la petite piscine donc nos enfants n’ont pas pu se baigner malgré les 30 degrés. Les tableaux des chambres tremblaient au son de la musique en plein a-m donc impossible d’être au calme…

La habitación, muy cómoda, la cama, las almohadas, las vistas.
No me gustó que el bidet no tenía agua caliente, estaba cerrada de la llave de paso del agua y la llave bloqueada para que no pudieras abrirla. Tener un bidet sin agua caliente es como no tenerlo y una tortura para el cliente. Para un hotel de cuatro estrellas es un detalle muy cutre.
También me dejó muy sorprendida la cantidad de goteras... fuimos unos días que llovió muchísimo y si no conté 15 cubos de agua bajo 15 goteras diferentes no conté ninguno.
La atención de Ignacio en recepción es lo mejor del hotel. Nos explicó cómo llegar a la zona turística y siempre con una sonrisa.
La habitación no era como en las fotos y el sofá que tenía la habitación estaba muy manchado.

El trato del personal nada más llegar fue excepcional, las instalaciones también son increíbles con ese gran aparcamiento. La habitación muy grande y cómoda!
La ubicación un poco alejada del centro pero tiene una parada de bus a 4 min, es decir que se soluciona rápido.
