We can’t praise all of the staff enough. This includes the gentlemen at the front door who greeted us and helped us with taxis during our stay, the front desk team who helped answer questions and made restaurant suggestions, the upstairs bar staff, housekeeping, and all of the breakfast staff. We want to specifically call out Lydia and Osama who went above and beyond to help us at check in tofind the ideal room upgrade for a very reasonable additional cost. Breakfast at the hotel was so delicious every day, and our dinner at the Japanese restaurant was amazing! We loved the hotel and its decor, the staff, location, our room, and the roof top pool. Truly a five star experience all the way around. Highly recommend it.

I arrived at the hotel with my two sons, aged 19 and 13, at around 11:00 PM. Upon arrival, we were given two rooms that did not match the reservation we had made in advance. We were promised that the rooms would be changed the following day.
The next day, when we returned to the reception, the staff claimed they had tried to contact me regarding the room change, but I did not receive any calls or messages, even though my phone was available for international calls throughout the trip.
Unfortunately, the attitude of the reception staff, especially an employee named Karina, was extremely rude, disrespectful, and aggressive. Despite the hotel’s mistake, we were asked to pay an unreasonable extra charge in order to receive the rooms we had originally booked. In the end, I was forced to pay an additional 400 euros.
For two days, we were unable to enjoy our vacation because we spent most of our time waiting and repeatedly returning to the lobby after being told different times for when the rooms would be ready. Even after being promised the rooms at 12:00 PM, we ended up waiting until 6:00 PM before finally receiving them. My sons were very upset and frustrated by the entire experience.
On our last day, since our flight was at night, we asked to keep only one room for a few extra hours. We were charged an additional 200 euros for this, which I paid, and even asking for a few extra minutes to organize ourselves resulted in more demands for payment.
This was my third stay at this hotel, which makes this experience even more disappointing. I have never encountered such a poor level of service, especially from the lobby and reception staff. Overall, this experience caused us significant stress and completely affected our vacation.
The hotel was absolutely beautiful, great location for shopping and sightseeing, just a short drive away. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and did what they could do to accommodate our requests.

La Terazza del Claris offers an exceptional rooftop dining experience. The meal was delicious, with each dish showcasing fresh ingredients and remarkable flavor. The highlight was the service by Jose and team, who were attentive and genuinely committed to ensuring a fantastic experience. Highly recommend this restaurant for anyone seeking quality food and excellent service!

The welcome at the check-in was seamless, everyone, smiling, they went above and beyond to make sure our stay was super pleasant.
They speak excellent English, which in Spain is not so common.
The rooms are super comfortable, the towels are huge, shampoo is great.

Claris Hotel & Spa was an exceptional stay from beginning to end. As Diamond Members, we were warmly welcomed and received a beautiful room upgrade, which made the experience feel even more special.
The hotel is elegant, comfortable, and perfectly located for enjoying Barcelona. The service was polished and professional while still feeling warm and personal. Every detail, from the room to the amenities, reflected the quality and sophistication you would expect from a five-star property.
The spa experience was also outstanding. I had the Mayan Secret treatment, and it was absolutely amazing. It was relaxing, luxurious, and the perfect way to unwind after exploring the city.
Claris Hotel & Spa is a standout property and a wonderful choice for anyone looking for a luxury stay in Barcelona with excellent service, comfort, spa amenities, and location. Highly recommend!
