Adequate.
Pros:

It was a clean place to stay overnight. Friendly staff at checking in.

Cons:

Very dark and dreary. Dark brown room. AC difficult to regulate. Bug on the bathroom that was growing. Looked like a worm balled up maybe a snail that was growing or something.

Cons:

Bed was very uncomfortable, our toilet leaked all over the floor, shower was small and seemed dirty. Room had a bad smell. Towels were small and cheap feeling.

Not sensory safe
Pros:

The staff was friendly

Cons:

The rooms were a sensory overload. They smelled like mold, the air conditioners in all of the rooms kick on and off every couple of minutes and created a high pitched whining sound. There was a random alarm going off in the hotel all night and the mattresses were so old the springs kept popping and poking you in the back all night.

My stay was very disappointing.
Pros:

Check in was easy. Location about 5 miles from RSW airport is good. I was given my requested 1st floor room.

Cons:

The "nightstand" shelf between the beds was not attached on one side so it slanted down.
The faucet in the bathroom had nothing on the underside to keep it from squirting water all over the area!
There was no clock in the room.
The only place to plug anything was on the one available plug in on the desk where the fridge, microwave and TV were plugged in. Therefore I could not have my phone on my "nightstand"!
