Good location and spacious room
Pros:

Very large and clean room! It is quiet in the hotel! Also, nearby there are many terraces, both for breakfast and for an evening drink. We didn't have breakfast included at the hotel, I can't comment on it.
Close to public transport. There is an underground parking right next to the hotel. A few bus stops away from the beach.

Cons:

We stayed on the 1st floor (I don't know how it is on the other floors). There are windows in the room, but they are covered with opaque foil. Natural light doesn't come in at all, which means that you always have to turn on the light in the room (including in the morning), otherwise it's pitch black all the time.
Windows exist, but they look into an unused interior lightwell.
The Wi-Fi doesn't work very well.
