Room amenities, everything very clean. Good location

Even if we booked the cheapest room, I was expecting to have at least some view from the window. The room was facing a shaft.

Great location, Comfy beds, and great price
Pros:

Great location in Valencia, close to bars, restaurants, and shopping, for a great price. The room had everything you needed, comfy bed. Any questions we had the staff were very friendly and helpful

Cons:

Only thing we would have liked if breakfast was served a little longer, after a night out breakfast before 10.30am was too early for us!

Great location, comfortable stay. Decent selection at breakfast.

Cons:

Number of seats at breakfast was limited. We were fine on all but one of the mornings, when there weren't enough seats and some people had to come back at another time.

A really memorable stay in Valencia in a comfortable hotel in a great location
Pros:

Friendly welcome from reception staff and they were very helpful in making our stay so enjoyable. Antonio was particularly helpful in locating a wheelchair rental near the hotel. The reception team also booked sightseeing tours and taxis and travel to the airport. Our grateful thanks to them. The house keeping team cleaned to a high standard. We would also recommend breakfast- wide choice available and well presented .

La pulizia delle camere e la dimensione

Cons:

Lo staff, avevo inoltrato una richiesta per un rimborso parziale (decesso di uno degli ospiti), ma mi hanno rimandato a Booking senza darmi molte spiegazioni. Visto la delicatezza della situazione, mi sarei aspettato un po' più di sensibilità
