Très mauvaise expérience. Il y avait énormément de bruit, on entend tout comme si on dormait dans le couloir. La femme de ménage faisait beaucoup de bruit tôt le matin et il était impossible de dormir correctement. Si vous voulez vous reposer, ce n’est pas le bon endroit. La chambre n’était pas bien et l’accueil non plus. Je suis très déçu par cet hôtel.

Pros:

The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of many attractions. It’s on a quiet street, with several metro stations nearby, so you can easily get to any destination. The staff is very friendly and attentive to guests. You can get a lot of useful information, and the staff will do their best to answer all your questions. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, and a coffee machine and kettle are available for your use. We are very satisfied with the entire hotel staff, who make sure your stay is wonderful. We would gladly stay at this hotel again on our next visit to Madrid.

location excellent for museums and city highlights
Pros:

Staff was most helpful.
Arrived early for check in and left later the next day after check out.
Both times, before check in and after check out, I was able to store my luggage without any problem.
The location is most convenient.
I was able to upgrade my room a few days before travel.
This made my stay even better
