Great location very modern

Cons:

Drain was blocked on shower, told reception but nothing done. Had to turn off halfway through and wait to drain and then continue. No ironing facilities, told they could be sent out to be ironed by house keeping

The room was clean, but there were some inconveniences. There was no iron available, and the room did not have air conditioning. Since the room was on the fifth floor, it was very hot, which made the stay less comfortable.

Visit Zurich in April!
Pros:

Breakfast, while expensive, was excellent! I was There were many excellent restaurants and shops within easy walking distance, and easy access to the beautiful buildings in Old Town.

Cons:

We were somewhat surprised by the glass-walled bathroom. We While the frosted glass provided privacy, turning on any bathroom lights lit up the entire bedroom. Also, we never figured out how to control the may room lights with the bedside light switches, and ended up wrapping the lights under the bedside tables in wash cloths because they wouldn't turn off. We didn't want to pull the card from the master switch because we wanted to be able to charge our phones & computer overnight.
