A nice hotel let down by a bad experience at breakfast
Pros:

The reception staff were great and really welcoming. The room was spacious and it was a nice hotel in a great location for exploring the old town of Zurich.

Cons:

However the breakfast staff member was rude to my wife (& was also more interested in chatting to other staff members) - making us fell uncomfortable and didnt bother to provide directions for the breakfast and then proceeded to ignore us / our table for the rest of the meal.

Super Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen in den Schwarzwald.
Pros:

Großes schönes Zimmer für Familien. Sehr gastfreundlich. Frühstück hervorragend mit Ostereier. :)

Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, Bett bequem. Es gab einen Minikühlschrank,Safe, Wasserkocher und Kaffeebereiter.
Die Lage ist ebenfalls perfekt, fußläufig zum See und Bahnhof.
Ausnehmend freundliche Mitarbeitende, sehr gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis.

Pros:

Sehr nette und geschmackvolle Lobby. Das Zimmer war klein, aber gemütlich und sehr sauber. Guter Kaffee. Fussläufig zum Bahnhof.

Cons:

Einzig das Gemüse beim Frühstück wirkte abgelegen und nicht frisch.

Grande confort a due passi dall'universita
Pros:

La struttura molto accogliente, la colazione con tante cose fresche e anche qualcosa alla carta, la posizione perfetta x il mio viaggio di lavoro all'ETH

Cons:

Forse un grado in piu in camera sarebbe stato gradito, il bagno in vetro anche se schermato un po inaspettato
