Location is okay,
Pros:

It was normal

Cons:

They do not provide an iron in the room, and they were not willing to extend our stay even by one extra hour without charging an extra 10 CHF for just one hour.

Pros:

J’ai apprécié me trouver au centre de Zurich, près des boutiques, des restaurants et des monuments. J’ai apprécié la qualité de la literie et la propreté de l’hôtel.

Cons:

Je n’ai pas du tout apprécié le parking souterrain avec l’ascenseur à voitures.
Je n’ai pas apprécié la douche qui dysfonctionne, avec aucun débit pour se laver, inadmissible pour une nuit d’hôtel de ce niveau et de ce tarif.
Je n’ai pas apprécié le miroir en hauteur dans la salle de bain, probablement conçu pour des hommes de 2 mètres qui ne se maquillent jamais…
Je n’ai pas apprécié les sonneries de l’église toutes les demi-heures à partir de 6h du matin, si j’avais su, je n’aurais pas pris cet hôtel…

The worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The parking is practically impossible, and they force you to use a tiny car elevator that feels like you could easily damage an expensive vehicle. The room was disgusting: exposed pipes covered in mold, a bathtub full of mold, a filthy window, and a strong smell of urine. There was also no AC, and the room was extremely hot. It was so disgusting and uncomfortable that I had to book another hotel that same night. Worst of all, they refused to refund my money. Completely unacceptable. I do not recommend this hotel at all.
