Good breakfast and clean room. Friendly staff
not much
room stank of smoke, the door didnt want to latch, mold in bathroom, dirty sheets. Breakfast was borderline unedible. Paid wifi wouldnt even load emails. Staff are impossible to reach. Billing process was messed up and could not contact the property to rectify.
The price was right.
They had no bathroom sink plugs and my mouthwash lid went down the drain partially. I told them about it at 8 AM and when we came back after 2:30 PM, it had still not been fixed. We just left and did not stay the extra night that we had paid for. Also, we took the coffee maker to the front desk in the morning because it didn’t work and when we got back in the afternoon, it had not been replaced in. Our room had not been cleaned.

Their hot tub was down. Which i feel like you should get a discount if all the services they say they have and then you get their and they dont work.

Staff was friendly and did a good job.
The room had several issues RM 211. First, the hallway smells like weed. Next, power outlets for the lamps were non functional. The bathroom tub was extremely worn. I tightened up the toilet seat which was very loose. The grout between the tiles on the floor were broken and had large gaps. The parking lot has very limited access to the entrance. Having to setup rewards to get basic internet is also annoying.

The hot tub is broken. The hotel is extremely dirty old and outdated. The breakfast was disgusting and they charged my card before I even arrived when I booked through this site it was supposed to be pay on arrival and they had already charged the credit card.
