Overall was happy with my stay except the hot tub issue.
Pros:

Breakfast was good

Cons:

When I booked my stay was looking forward to using the hot tub. When I arrived it was out of order for my entire stay.

Was able to negotiate and fulfill every needs for my transition within booking.com. It’s very confusing but they worked with me and made it happy

Cons:

Hard parking right off. Wish there was a dead and signed before you get into the parking lot because depending on the amount of people it might be harder to pull in and back out. also, some people tend to park way too close in a rush to get to whatever but if I can’t access my vehicle then I’m sad panda

The room was in disrepair, common areas were filthy, the hot tub didn’t work, the pool was too cold to swim in.

Cons:

See above. Honestly I’ve put more effort into these questionnaires you keep sending than the staff put into cleaning the hotel.

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room, excellent location of the parking area outside needs to be cleaned up a bit
Pros:

EV access from the the freeway and your other needed facilities, like restaurants and stores

Cons:

Parking was very crowded with ‘only one way’ in and out. Not easier convenient for a big truck or if you had a trailer.

Overall great hotel experience.
Pros:

I stayed at two different hotels in a 36 hour periods, and visited a third where some family was staying. Maybe it's because first hotel was so horrible, or perhaps because I stuck on the elevator of the other hotel, my stay at this hotel was wonderful. The staff was great, everything was clean and worked, and overall it was the best hotel of the trip.

Cons:

If I had to nit pick, the free breakfast was pretty empty by 8am. I believe the vending machines where having card reader problems (not connected to wifi). And frankly I just don't care of the shape of the bathtub, it was uncomfortable. But nothing of consequence that would prevent me from booking again in the future (if I even have a reason to visit Helena again.)

Was very disappointed that the hot tub hadn't been working for 2 years
Pros:

Breakfast was a standard it was okay

Cons:

Well there was molds around the tub and sinks and the hot tub wasn't working it hadn't been working for 2 years if we had known that we wouldn't have stayed there we were there for my granddaughter's first birthday and weekend of enjoyment

Pros:

Not much to like unfortunately. Breakfast was ok.

Cons:

Our room wasn’t ready when we checked in. The hallway was very dirty, same garbage was there for our entire stay (a broken hanger and several pieces of trash). The parking lot is ridiculously small.

Not good!
Pros:

The staff was friendly

Cons:

The room was dirty. The remote had weird red sticky stuff on it that I had to wipe off the floor was damaged and I walked barefoot and it cut my toe. The room above was loud and I couldn’t sleep overall it was not clean or a good experience.
