Always a pleasant stay
Parking is sometimes a pain. Somehow I was double charged for my room but they fixed it later that week.
Breakfast is
Staff the bathrooms are great beds are comfy clean floors not so much ha8rdryer didn't work and there was exposed wires and 2 outlets didn't work
Breakfast had eggs, yogurt and carbs. Was hot and clean.
Hot tub was out of service. Not listed as out of service on their website.
One of the dirtiest places I’ve ever stayed at. There was dirt and grime all over the floors. The bathroom ceiling was covered in mold. The phone and its cord was covered in some red substance. Although it was a nonsmoking room, it wreaked of cigarettes (we don’t smoke). I asked when checking in if the pool was open because I saw the tape around the hot tub, it was open. The front desk lady said it would be warm in a couple hours. We went and got dinner, came back and went to the pool. It was FREEZING! My kids still enjoyed it but I wasn’t getting in a cold pool. The staff was a little unprofessional. The manager at breakfast was talking badly about the guy that set up the breakfast. Everyone in my house is currently sick and I blame this place. Overall, not a place I will ever be staying again. I would really like my money back. $179 down the drain.
Got a good sleep
The hot tub, the breakfast, the friendly staff, the clean room.
There wasn’t anything
It was good. We enjoyed it.
The hot tub out of order. We like to sit and relax in them.
It was in good location
It was dirty and very uncomfortable beds. Breakfast was awful. Not much for seating in the room and the tv was in a bad place . The hot tub was broken .
Clean, comfortable, big bathroom and goog breakfast.
Hot tub was broke and the pillows weren't the best.
The staff at the Baymont were friendly and willing to help. Although the hot tub was out of order when we stayed, my kids had a lot of fun swimming in the pool. The surfaces in the room seemed clean, the bed was comfortable enough, and the provided toiletries what you would expect. Although in general the breakfast was mediocre, I appreciated that they provided instant oatmeal, Wheat Montana bread, and plenty of milk. The location is very convenient.
The hotel is definitely showing its age, with cracks in the tiles and paint in the room and stained porcelain in the tub. That by itself is only a cosmetic issue; of greater concern were the complete lack of cleanliness of the floor (my children, while playing, found a pair of socks under the bed, loose pieces of ancient gummies and chiclets by the dresser, and a cigarette butt under the heating/cooling unit) and the pervasive stench of cigarette smoke in our room despite the "no smoking" sign on the door. The sink drained extremely slowly because the drain plug was stuck; often one of us had to stick our hand in the dirty water to wiggle the drain plug. (We didn't ask for another room because I knew from the receptionist's conversation with us that the hotel was full that night.) When we arrived in the room there was neither shower curtain nor bathtub plug in the bathroom, although the front desk did kindly provide us a shower curtain upon request.
Check-in was very quick and staff was friendly. While there appeared to be no other people checked in I requested a room near the entrance and was informed none were available. I did obtain a room at the rear of the building near an entrance to the parking lot. The back of the building appeared to have been sprayed with some type of deodorant to mask some other odor. The room has stipple missing from the ceiling and cracks in the corner. During the night there was numerous movement of people through this rear entrance.
I have stayed at this property in the past, however, it requires some maintenance and more staff awareness of what is going on during the late evening hours. Check-out staff were non verbal and distant.
I loved how friendly the front desk ladies were and how they interacted with my kiddos!
I was bummed that the pool was freezing cold and the hot tub was down.
Bed is comfortable, room was fine.
Noise Factor - way too much noise. The room above us had guests who were way too noisy and t.v. volume from room next door was too loud.
