All in all it was a good stay. We will use the family again in the future should we need to be in the area.

Great location. Well kept. Good breakfast

Cons:

Dogs barking early morning across the hall and people smoking in the main entrance way to the main lobby only because I’m allergic to tobacco smoke.

Staff was friendly

Cons:

The cover that went over the mattress had blood on it When. We went down to complain .they gave is another rooms on when we got back from the funeral we packed and changed rooms.only to find out the day people never told the night people so we had to pack up again. And go back to our room because they changed sheets .poor communication. And should of been told .they gad my cell number. Night and day need to communication staff better.

Cons:

King bed sheet had a hole in it the size of a quarter and was stained. When we asked to see the manager in the morning, the person wouldn’t see us. This is no way to run an otherwise newer hotel.

Excellent choice if staying in Roanoke
Pros:

We were looking for a place to stay 3-4 hours away from Smokey Mountains on our way back to NYC, this was a perfect choice. Value for money, major brand, good room, good breakfast.
