Location was great for my work in the area
pulling into the parking lot was a challenge and the street is four lanes with a divided barrier in between so you could only enter from north to south
The staff is so helpful

We stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Chatsworth from February 13–15, 2026 while visiting our son in college, and unfortunately the experience did not meet the Hilton standards we are accustomed to as Diamond members.
Our original room had a strong fish odor and required escalation to Hilton Guest Services before we were moved. This situation could have been handled at the property level, but staff did not follow Hilton guest-service policies when addressing the issue.
The replacement room had cleanliness and maintenance concerns, and we noticed marijuana smoke odors from nearby rooms.
On the night of February 14, music and bass vibration from the room above us continued until after 2:30 AM despite multiple calls to the front desk, resulting in loss of sleep. We never received follow-up from management after these issues.
This property did not reflect the level of comfort, service, or professionalism we typically experience at Hilton hotels. Very disappointing stay.

It was a pretty pleasant stay. Everything was clean. Peaceful location with loads of hiking areas!
The room was cleaned daily. Towels were replaced each day.

The hotel room is disgusting stains all over the carpets carpet coming up stains on furniture and shades. Had higher expectations for a Doubletree Hilton.
The fact that I had to wear shoes the entire time in the room since the carpet was disgusting. The shades look like somebody spilled coffee all over them. Room doesn’t look like it had been updated quite a long time.
The room we were originally given was on the first floor. The people above us were loud so we could not sleep.
We called the desk clerk and he eventually gave us a nice room on the 4th floor when he realized the people above us continued with noises.
The desk clerk was cordial, pleasant and accommodating.
